Excellent accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a whole lot of extras… beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. second time staying here, will return again. Vicki is a super duper hostess with an eye for every detail to make your holiday memorable. Close to all amenities, wonderful pool looking over the ocean making sunsets every night amazing!

What an amazing experience and host (Viki)!!! Viki provided an abundance of information on things to do, places to eat and anything you might want to know in the area. All amenities you could possibly think of where there and ready at our disposal. She even offered accommodation for early check in without us asking. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the property was in close relation to so many things! We will definitely be staying here again!!
This studio condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kona. The cleanliness and quality of the unit was top-tier, and exceeded any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Vicki was a great host, with effective, excellent communication before and during our rental. We highly recommend this rental, and would look to rent from Vicki again if we were ever back on the island.
We enjoyed our stay at Kona Shores, but initially were dismayed with the location of our unit with a busy road right outside the bedroom and the lanai located surrounded by the parking lot. In a little quieter location the space would have been perfect as it was very clean, well stocked and convenient to beaches. Thanks!
This condo had everything we needed and Vicki was such a great host! Communication was wonderful and fast, the location is great, and the amenities are superb, both in the condo and on the property. Vicki’s attention to detail shines when you step foot inside.

We've stayed at this property many times,the location is great, easy access to downtown. Our contact person Vickie is always just a call away and unit is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is to die for with a full kitchen. All I can say unit full of ALOHA.
Newly remodeled studio with everything you might need but didnt have want to pack such as cooler, chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen well appointed with nice pans and utensils, spices and condiments. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioning, made it a great place to rest up between adventures.

From the moment I booked this property, Vicki had excellent communication and was very informative. When we arrived, her place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
My husband and I stayed here for the last 3 days of our 11 day vacation. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to cook some of our own meals as dining out can get expensive in Hawaii.
The views from the pool are spectacular and we loved watching the sunset over the water.
There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and several beaches within 5 miles of the place.
I highly recommend staying here if your looking for a clean and affordable base to explore the Big Island.

This was by far the cleanest property we have ever had the privilege to visit. We were in town for a wedding, the location was awesome close to everything we wanted to see and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The property is as advertised and much more, we found everything we could have asked for in the kitchen and available in the restroom and needs for the beach. The pool overlooks the ocean and is a short walk across the parking lot. We will absolutely consider staying again when we are able to make our way back to Kona, wonderful Host and the property exceeded our expectations.

Our stay was wonderful. From the moment we booked, until our checkout, we never had to worry about anything. You can tell Vicki is very good at being a host and anticipating guests' needs. We especially loved the pool with amazing sunset views; this is such a great asset to this property. I was a little worried about noise from the road due to proximity, but this was not an issue. We were very comfortable staying here, and I would recommend to anyone!

The apartment is close to the shops and restaurants within a short drive. The apartment has everything we needed so it was comfortable. It’s right next to the main road but quite at night. It’s also about 20-30 minutes from the airport so it was convenient. We had a nice stay.

My Husband and I traveled to Hawaii in November 2022 for our 60th birthdays and our 12th wedding anniversary. We spent the first six days of our trip on the island of Maui and the last six days on The Big Island. Vicki’s condo was absolutely gorgeous! The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Vicki had a bowl of fruit from her garden waiting for us upon arrival, such a special personal touch! The property was extremely clean, and it had anything and everything we needed. Vicki provided detailed instructions for everything and a binder with information about local amenities. She was flexible with our check-in/out times, and the price was very affordable as well. The outdoor area contained a spot for grilling, and the pool was right on the ocean’s edge which had the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen. We will definitely select this condo again when we return to The Big Island. Vicki is an outstanding host, and she even sent us a personal hand written note after our stay. This is by far the best condo we have stayed in to date!!
