This is by far one of the best properties to stay while in Keauhou. It had everything we needed for making meals, relaxing, and watching the sunsets from the lanai. Very close to Keauhou Bay for water activities and grocery store was nearby.
Beautiful sunsets! Spacious lanai with comfortable furniture. Really enjoyed morning coffee & evening sunsets on the lanai. Quiet complex. Well appointed unit. Great to have a BBQ on the lanai. Eric was great to deal with. Can't wait to go back next year!

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. Little embellishments that were part of the stay were really appreciated. The Owner of the Condo lives right next door and is readily available if any questions or issues arrive. That's very appreciative.

Check-in was easy and enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the balcony. We liked all the furnishings and especially having a modern rice cooker! It was an easy walk to Keauhou Bay for morning paddles and short distance to the KTA grocery store. We will be back again next year!
Well designed unit with newer Island decor—nicely furnished. Very quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently located close to sport courts (pickle Ball/Tennis) swimming pool and Golf—located on 9th fairway. Convenient parking in front of unit. Friendly, courteous, and gracious owner/host. We enjoyed our visit and we certainly would consider coming back for a repeat stay.

The apartment was in a very green area, with a beautiful view. Equipment was in good condition although the floor and the kitchenware could have been cleaner. Since this apartment is located next to a golf course, the noise level of the golf course maintenance starts at a very early morning time.

The photos really don't do justice to how nice this place is. Modern, but not too modern so you still feel like you're in Hawaii. Very comfortable King bed. Clean white fluffy towels. Plenty of everything for the beach - towels, coolers, chairs and snorkel equipment.
Finding the place and check is in was easy - Eric and Damon gave very detailed instructions.
The kitchen was fully equipped to do all the cooking we wanted and the BBQ was really nice to have. They even supplied small appliances like a rice cooker and crock pot. Basic essentials were also provided like coffee, salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. The hosts even offered to get a few groceries for us as we were arriving late.
Air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping. You don't need it otherwise. The lanai was lovely for watching the sunsets.
The pool was quiet and we enjoyed having a swim to cool off at the end of the day.
Yes, it is on a golf course so you can expect to hear the occasional lawn mower or golfer teeing off early in the morning but that did not bother us at all.

This condo was perfect...well appointed, very comfortable furnishings and great view. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.
