The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and big windows that look out on the golf course and ocean, and the adjoining master bath has a walk-in shower. Equipped with a queen-size Murphy bed with wardrobes on either side, an Alcove becomes a private bedroom by closing the louvered pocket doors from the living room.

A full-featured kitchen, over-sized clothes washer and dryer, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower bring all the comforts of home to Paradise.

The focal point of this second floor unit is undoubtedly the secluded lanai. Expansive, unobstructed views of the golf course, palm trees and the ocean beyond make the lanai the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, relax on the comfy chaise lounge, or take in a glorious sunset while cooking fresh fish on the convenient grill. Leisurely breakfasts and glorious evening sunsets bookend every tropical day in Paradise.

We provide everything you need for a great day at the beach, a picnic, or exploring the Big Island - including snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and ice chests. My family and I had the absolute best time staying at Eric and Damon’s beautifully appointed condo. What a view! They were such kind and gracious hosts and showed us such hospitality We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. May they be continuesly blessed.

We truly enjoyed our time here. Very nice, quiet property. Used it as our home base for the first part of our stay, then stayed closer to Volcano NP at the end. There were no issues at all during our stay. The hosts thought of everything. Great to have a cooler, beach chairs, etc. The propane BBQ on the balcony was perfect for burgers. The pool is small, but close to the unit and was great to cool off. As others have mentioned, the outside noise (birds, yard crew, etc) starts really early. All of the windows are slats to allow airflow, but also allows in sound. We didn’t mind at all. It was actually nice to get the day started early. But if that bothers you, bring earplugs or reconsider. We would definitely stay again!

We spent 10 nights on the Big Island and this condo was the perfect location: close to shops, snorkeling, and more! Eric and Damon were excellent hosts: very accessible and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed to cook and relax; the view from the lanai was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. We hope to return soon, mahalo!

Our family had a great stay in this condo. Eric and Damon were very welcoming and on top of communication. We travel to Kona often and this trip we actually had to split time between two condos due to scheduling. This is the one I would rebook again. Very clean space, comfortable beds, and we loved the open concept to the lanai.
