Nice accommodation; excellent location; everything we needed. Close to shopping, dining, beach, and coffee. Had to deal with sugar ants but not a big problem. Ocean view, pool right there, BBQ area by the pool. Thumbs up!

View is amazing! Waves crashing so loud you can hear it throughout the condo!! Walk to a ton of restaurants and shops! Perfect location all the way around. Would definitely stay there again!!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of shops and restaurants, with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Apartment incredibly clean and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Even includes beach chairs, umbrella, towels and other equipment. Very comfortable.
Apartment is in a very well maintained property where other residents were quiet and respectful.
Contact with the owner Kathy was fantastic, she replied to my queries quickly. Check in and out was easy and all needed information was supplied.
I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend!

View of pool and partial ocean. Pool very loud until 10 PM most nights...wish quiet hour was earlier. Could not see sunset from balcony. Place needs updating...very antiquated carpet and furnishings ...bed, couch, deck all needs updating.

We stayed at this condo 2/18 through 3/4/23. Everything was as promised in the listing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and condo. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows, which for me, is very important! We never needed to use the AC so I can’t comment on that. But there were plenty of fans that worked well for us. We spent hours watching the waves from the lanai and the Kona Reef complex is very convenient for walking to the main drag in Kona. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This is not a luxury property, that being said it fit our needs with a lot of positives. The unit was very clean and comfortable, nice view overlooking pool and good but not full ocean view, pool, beech, and snorkeling toys and the best part is location. Walk to town and all the shops and eating places. Others have said the property is rundown but we did not see that, it is not new but the grounds are well kept and clean. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Great for a couple. Not brand new but acceptable conditions. Beautiful pool area with hot tub. Has an elevator but 4 steps up are necessary. I would go there again.

This was the perfect condo for myself, my sister and our 80 year old mother. It is in the perfect location to Alii Drive for walking as well as catching the trolley for going farther out. Beautiful beaches, lots of surfers off the lanai,quiet, nice pool and beautiful sunsets. Thank uou for sharing you place with us.

This property was exactly like it said it would be. It was in a great location. The common areas were wonderful and the property itself was excellent. It is the best property we have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our week stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time.

Condo was well equipped, and super close to the beach! The pool deck and jacuzzi were unexpectedly closed until the last 2 days of our stay unfortunately.
