Please note that Hawaii is a tropical destination wherein humidity, heat, rain, insects, rodents and natural habitats are the norm. However, tropics and travelers still can be a source of bringing in these species. We continue to do our best in this regard and travelers need to be mindful of tropical surroundings.

We had a great time staying at this property. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was so nice to be walking distance to the beach. However, the beach wasn’t the greatest due to a big storm that came right before we arrived, so we drove to other beaches many of the days. But we loved going out at sunset and enjoyed the grassy area in front of the beach. The kids loved the pools and pickleball court. There was convenient parking and it was so nice to be close to downtown Lahaina. It’s true that the highway noise is loud, but if you keep the windows closed and sound machine on at nighttime it didn’t bother us at all. The condo was nice with a good kitchen and big sectional couch. The bedrooms and main area all had their own A/C unit and fans which was a lifesaver. The bedrooms both had comfy beds (the wooden bed frames were really squeaky, that was annoying). The showers had great water pressure! The closet had beach chairs, toys and boogie boards which was so nice! The landlord Lisa was easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed at many homes in the neighborhood and this unit is not worth the price. There are 6 spoons, few utensils, 5 cheap pools beach towels that can be only used as rags, no colander, no bbq utensils and the linen is old and very cheap. For the price charged there should be towels, pillows and linens that are plentiful and in nice condition. The road noise is loud and goes all night. Upside is the view from the patio is beautif!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was well stocked for our stay. 2 beach chairs, a few coolers, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were all available for use. Beds are in good condition and on the firm side. Kitchen is well stocked (with an ice maker). We can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for the great stay!

We were thrilled when we walked in the door and saw the great view. However, as each day passed we realized that the condo hadn’t been maintained to the level that other units we have rented were. Kitchen not stocked well with serving pieces and basics that we have had provided in previous rental,master bath drain issues, no Kleenex in any of the bathrooms,2 out of 4 beach chairs ripped so unusable and looked quite old, no chaises, ripped love seat on upstairs deck, cable issues requiring 2 hours of vacation time to get tv’s working, master bedroom slider has a broken seal so the glass is filled with moisture throughout the entire window, dirty bbq when we arrived, had to request bbq tools, under master bed not cleaned and had debris from previous guests, internet VERY slow, couldn’t get patio fan to turn on., Entry light switch broken.,close to road so quite a bit of traffic noise (especially when seated outside) or doors open. No bikes. Sorry to say, we would not rent this unit again. Since we have stayed in a lovely unit, in the same resort, we had higher expectations than this property provided.

As previous reviews indicated it is a little noisy. Rt 30 is right behind the condo. Very comfortable, beds were extremely comfortable. Well equipped but also well used. View was extraordinary. It could use an on site restaurant but there are plenty close by. We really had no complaints and would stay again if we come back.

So I made this reservation very last minute and it was perfect for my daughter, her boyfriend and 2 teenagers plus me. We had the beds for the adults and blow up mattress for the girls the 3 bathrooms were very helpful. The only downside I would put is if you have little kids or elderly the stairs in this unit could be an issue. Patios had great views easy access to ocean and to pools. Very close to Lahaina.

Overall holiday was great at this very close to the beach townhome. Great grounds with pools and tennis courts, very friendly staff and helpful concierge. The highway nearby was heard from the balconies but quiet inside. Property manager addressed our concerns in a timely manner.
