    Very roomy penthouse. Close to everything in Waikiki and easy to get around. Included underground parking which was great.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this building many times. This unit was very large. Lots of room! The diamonds were the washer and dryer in unit and the free parking!! Huge savings. The room is well decorated and has basics with several amenities. The only thing I would ask for is a cooler for the beach! The beach chairs were great! I will say the only draw backs was that the pillows all need replacing and the bedroom bed (king) is very very firm. There is also a bar nearby which plays live loud music till about 10 pm every night. It didn’t bother us much as we stay up late but if u have children it may bug you. All in all a very good rental. Very good for the price! Would stay again!

    This is a very spacious apartment in a clean quiet building. Best part is free parking and a really great steak house on the ground floor. Not a place for lounging at the pool or hanging around the resort, but a great location, close to the beach and shopping.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my first visit since September 2018, and it had been renovated and was beautiful.It was nice that the toilet in the master bedroom had also been replaced with a washlet.Having a washer and dryer in the room is very convenient.Although the room was on the top floor, there seemed to be no one staying in the other rooms on the same floor, so it was very quiet.Unfortunately, at night, you can hear the loud live music from the ground from the window, and you can only think of it as noise.Other than that, there were no problems at all, and I would recommend this room to everyone.

    Upon entrance to property PH4, corner wall had been very sloppily repaired. There were plaster pieces all over the floor and we had to clean them up. When we mentioned that to the property manager he said he knew about it. Air vents full of dust and hair. Air conditioning that didn’t work in living room where Murphy bed was located. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. Soap holder in second bath broken. Very small shower and no where to put your things. Vanities in both bathrooms never updated and very low. Shower door in master bath was off track and very dirty looking. Outlets in living room were filthy and one on kitchen wall sloppily repaired. Our unit was on the 23rd floor of the building. On the second night upon arriving back to the unit we were greeted by a HUGE cockroach on our door and couldn’t shoo it away. Needless to say, we weren’t sure how many were crawling around our unit. The next morning (Thursday) we were having coffee and made plans for the day. When we went to take showers, all the water had been turned off with no notice to us. We called the property manager and did not get an answer. Then called Captain Cook and told her our problem. She contacted James Wickert our property manager who told us that indeed the water was off until about noon!! We could use the restrooms in the lobby (23 stories down) if we needed them. Our only option was to move out. I am very displeased and expect refund. Eileen Neal Pictures can be provided.

    Loved view, location, space, wonderful manager, communication, most of the furniture was true to picture however, not the living room set and rug. I was disappointed that the living room furniture and coffee table were not exactly as shown on the website. It is still showing as such. The living room sofa was leather and the chair uncomfortable. I was going for a comfy look though I do not think I would have even look at it with the current living room set. But like I said. view, location, space, manager were great!!!
