The unit is spacious for a family of 4. Nearby restaurants, stores, shopping and a short walking distance to the beach. It has the basic needs, dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee maker. Beach chairs and towels are also provided. It is nicely staged as viewed online but these photos are very deceiving. It is very outdated. The very old sofa bed creaks and the master bedroom bed mattress is very hard. The toilet flush is not working properly but we worked around it. It is a very noisy area. We had the doors shut in the evening, but can hear the loud band/singing from the nearby bars. In the early morning, around 4-4:30, the noise from commercial vehicles would wake us up.

Unit is quite large, and with two bathrooms and a very confortable Murphy bed in the living area, it acts like a two bedroom. The location is convenient, but busy and noisy being in the middle of Waikiki. There is an outdoor club right below with live music nightly. Fortunately, the music stops right at 10pm; must be a local regulation. The kitchen is not very well stocked, by the way. All in all, a decent place to stay in Waikiki, especially if you appreicate or need a large unit.

We visited during Christmas holidays.
We loved the location, pent house, beautiful Lanai n everything about it. Property manager were very responsive. Explained all check in check out details.
Two minor issues - dryer broke down and front door keypad wasn’t working the 3rd day. Property manager responded quickly for both issues. Overall a very nice experience. Will rent again. Free parking was so good. Penthouse is 5 min walk to all happening places in Waikiki.
The breakfast place downstairs is amazing and food court right in-front of the building.
Pretty secure and access control entry.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Waikiki, with gorgeous views, and quite the hospitable set up. Perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy meals together, walk anywhere in Waikiki, and feel comfortable during our stay.
