We stayed in two different places this trip and while we were able to deal with stuff at the time—lots of cockroaches (expect some but not that many), issues with the codes, no AC, poorly stocked kitchen (felt more like a hotel trying to cook right off the bat), we enjoyed the area and grounds but compared to the other place, it was lacking. The communication was super quick and we got a new access code quickly. They were responsive to our ideas but we wouldn’t be quick to go back without knowing things had been addressed. The view is absolutely perfect though, which was definitely a major saving grace! They did have chairs and coolers which were super helpful too.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was near perfect. It is well equipped, both inside (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) and for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, goggles, bucket and shovels, coolers!! You can’t beat the location. The lanai is amazing. We saw dolphins playing in the bay and a manta ray feeding at night along the rock wall. The only down side is no AC. It got very hot in the afternoons. There are several fans available for use, but it was still uncomfortably hot.

The property is located within 5 minutes of downtown Kona, and you could walk there as parking is limited and pricey. The property was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is amazing, and you can see the sunset. Before arrival, the mgmt team communicated everything we needed to gain access and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The alcondo unit was very clean and tastefully decorated with local decor. We really appreciate the "extra amenities" such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach mats. We would highly recommend this place at Sea Village to family and friends.

From the moment we arrived, we loved this place. Beautiful location looking out over the ocean with stunning sunsets nightly from the lanai. Set back from Alii Drive, so no road noise. Nicely equipped kitchen, Knutson even told me what kind of coffee pot before we arrived so I could get my first morning fix before shopping. Had a small problem with the washing machine, but a repairman was there within an hour (on the weekend) and got us up and running immediately. I highly recommend Knutson & Assoc.; they are professional and knowledgeable - getting ready to book with them again for next year.
These condo are older/dated, but the one we stayed in was updated a bit, maintained and kept clean. It was a great central point to visit many parts of the island after we stayed at the Hilton's Waikoloa Village. Plus it was nice to cook breakfast and save money that way.
We rented a car, but it looked as if you could walk down to the main areas of shopping and food.
The condo had a great view of the sunsets, and all the amenities we would want; such as pans, coolers, two beach chairs and umbrellas.
Our only gripe was we could hear the condo above us walking/stomping. It wasn't quiet...not sure if it's a vacation rental too.

Condo was comfortable and accommodated a family of four with ease. Nice view from the lanai. Barbeque facilities were convenient. No air conditioning in unit however several fans and ceiling fans in unit which helped to keep the unit cool. Management was helpful, easy to deal with and responded quickly.

Everything was great! We were already very familiar with the Sea Village property as we have a family place in building 3. Because of the wedding, we had a lot of family and friends in town and most of them rented other units as well. This unit was very nice, with many upgrades, and an exceptional ocean view. Thank you!!

We were very happy with our stay in this unit. The amazing view from the balcony was a big highlight. The unit was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet when we first arrived, but the property manager was very quick to send someone to fix it (even though it was a holiday). We found the unit very spacious and comfortable.The only downside was that there were quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen. We had family staying in a couple of other units in the complex who didn't have this issue. These property manager was actively dealing with the issue so hopefully it won't be a problem for long.
