The rental was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. Our property manager was responsive and provided excellent customer service. The pool/hot tub/grill area were great amenities. The parking space was a bit tight, but it was manageable. Many restaurants/things to do within walkable distance (must try Marugame Udon Noodles). The overall area felt safe, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The property was very clean and was as advertised. Nice location because it was close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Its lists a washer and dryer. We used the washer but the dryer had directions on how to use it that had where you had to add water to the i believe dryer vent area and we weren't sure about that so we just dried our clothes in the bathroom but other people may be use to this type of dryer. Other than that this place was great and we would definitely stay again. Make sure if you have a car its a small compact car. We rented a Kia Soul and the passenger side is up against the wall so you have to get out of passenger side before you park. Luckily no one parked in parking spot in front of us because there was always a truck next to that spot and we wouldn't of been able to park if someone was in spot infront of us. This place is definitely worth the price we paid for location and cleanliness hopefully we can return again next year!

Great kitchen. Quiet when windows were closed. Uncomfortable straw chairs. A bit high priced. Distance from the center of Waikiki okay, could be further away towards Ala Moana. Parking space convenient but tight space. Saw couple of roaches in kitchen area. Key pad lock a little inconvenient when having to enter quickly.

It’s a perfect condo in Waikiki. The apartment was clean, the neighbors never made any noise, the location is fairly quite and safe, and the price is reasonable. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to Fort DeRussey beach park, the Island Country Markets shop across the street is nice and extremely convenient, and Ala Moana is just a 5 minute drive. Over roughly a year, I found 3 small roaches - considering this is Hawaii, that's not bad at all. Very much enjoyed it here.

Loved this apartment. We stayed for a week and the views are fantastic. There's two shops across the street if you need anything but everything is so close - you are in the heart of Waikiki and a very close walk to the beach. And to the walkway along the canal for biking, running, walking. Kitchen was stocked and manager was super helpful! Would stay again.

Great location. The room is a little dated, but the location is great for easy access to Waikiki. The beach is a longer walk through busy streets but is not hard. The parking spot for the unit is a tight fit and against a wall so I would not recommend a larger car to park there.

The person assigned to assist us during our stay (Vincent) had excellent customer service.
He gave us easy instructions to check in and even checked in on us to ase how our stay was so far.
I must advise; there was a neighbor below us that wrote us a note that we were making too much noise, "we should take our shoes off"(we weren't even wearing shoes) and that he would also call security. The noise he heard was us tugging on the pull out sofa to come out.
Apparently, the downstairs neighbor is known to do this, so, don't fret if it happens to you.
The coffee maker definitely needs to be replaced.
I did not use it. It did not look clean.
We had a parking space which was convenient as you'll see parking is not easy on these busy streets.
It was great to have AC in the unit.
The bidet was awesome!
The pool was not in service, but that was ok.
The security on the Ground floor were all friendly.
Overall, the convenience of having a market across the street (great food and last minute gifts!), a washer and dryer in the unit, and the location of the condo was excellent!
I would definitely look at renting this place again.
