Our central location makes it easy to explore all the sights and entertainment that Waikiki has to offer and is just minutes from world famous Waikiki Beach. With a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning for your comfort, our studio is the perfect home base for your Hawaiian adventure.
**Parking**
Paid parking is available in the building for $40 per 24 hours, with free in & out privileges. There is also a $4 per 30 minute rate as well. Paid street parking is available around the location and the rate is $3 per hour, with a 2 hour maximum.

Please be advised that our building is currently undergoing a plumbing retrofit project, expected to continue until December 2024. As part of this project, plumbing work will be conducted in select units. While this may not occur near or on your floor, there is a possibility of construction noise from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. ***Water Shut Off Notice***
As part of the plumbing project there will be water shut offs during certain weeks. Shut offs will only take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. During these dates we will be offering a 50% discount for the inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding.

Great location. Condo was as described and very clean. No complaints, host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Our stay on this property was very good. All the major sites were within walking distance; the beach was just a 10 mins walk. Eveything you need from beach umbrella, chairs to clothes detergent was made available. I loved having breakfast on the large balcony overlooking the canal. It is not a large place; many units in Waikiki are just studios. It didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Overall, recommended!

The condo is very nice, has everything that we needed and the extra touched provided by the owners were much appreciated. This is the third time we've stayed at Island Colony. We like the location and the amenities which is why we chose the complex again. Having said that and if I am to be totally honest, here are a few things that we felt were not as good as we expected. First, the bathroom is in desperate need of some minor work. There is mold around the caulking which should be removed and new caulking installed. The floor grout needs a good cleaning - bleach usually works the best. The shower door and tracks need a good cleaning with CLR or something similar. While the fixtures and trim are pretty old, they function just fine - no complaints there. Lastly and this one is beyond the owners control, what used to be a condo complex is now more of a hotel than a vacation rental complex which was disappointing. The building was never designed to be a hotel meaning the pool area is too small, there isn't enough elevators and the clientel has definitely changed. There are now a lot of families with lots of kids running around. The elevators are in constant motion and the wait times can be long. The check-in which used to function nicely is often packed with people mostly because the setup isn't geared for large numbers of guests arriving at one time. Again, these changes are certainly beyond control of the owners of the unit we rented but we won't be back.
