Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Townhome#37 has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. On the lower level you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, living area & private lanai. There is also a bedroom with 2 twins, & bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms... The primary has a King Sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Sized bed. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a vanity separated to make it easier for people to get ready in the mornings.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.
