    Air Conditioning Split Units Installed Throughout Entire unit, all bedrooms, and living room as of September 26th 2022!
    New appliances, furniture, granite counter tops; Flat Screen TV's now in the living room & in all the bedrooms! There is queen bed in the bedroom downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms feature extra long twins in one bedroom and a California King sized bed in the primary bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Suitable for 8!
    Have a larger group? We manage Townhome#37 that's a 3 bedroom that also sleeps 6 next door. Both townhomes would sleep 14 total!

    The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.

    The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

    One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

    The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.

    The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

    The place was great for us (3 couples). The grounds were great ,the pool was very nice and refreshing after days adventuring in the sun. We had one small issue which was resolved same day! It was in a great location. easy parking and no hassles at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hopefully soon!! cannot wait to go back!!!

    Beautiful resort, quiet, next to snorkeling beach,walking distance to coffee and shopping. Cute geckos on grounds and amazing sunset views from the grounds. Highly recommend, loved our stay there and the property management company was excellent to deal with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent about a week in Kona. Four adults and three kids enjoyed the home. There was plenty of space for everyone. The property has been updated beyond the pictures shown and we were pleasantly surprised to see that air conditioning had been installed throughout the house. It worked great and kept the house very comfortable. The home is close to necessities like a grocery store and drug store. It is also walking distance to one of the better snorkeling spots in Kona. The management company was very professional and took care of us completely. All the prearrival directions were clear and concise. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

    A group of 8 (5 adults/3 kids) stayed at this property for 8 days (first visit to Kona for all of us). "Checking in" was convenient and easy, however after a very long day travel with 3 children, when we arrived at the townhouse, it had not been cleaned and it was evening time. Apparently there had been a mix up with the cleaning crew and we had to wait a few more hours before we could settle in. They did jump on the cleaning and it was spotless after words. The townhouse was spacious as far as sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was overcrowded if more than two people were in there. The house was supplied with everything we needed (dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, utensils, pots/pans/dishes, coffee pot & filters, towels, beach chairs/toys). There is also a grocery store right up the road. There were a few unfortunate issues that came up during our stay and the property management was very responsive and prompt with them. The beach is within walking distance (it is not a swim-able beach). Overall it was a nice, safe location, and the property management was very responsive.
