Air conditioning units are in the primary bedroom and living room only.

Just a short drive takes you to Hanalei Town and outstanding 1 Hanalei Bay Hotel with its restaurants, shopping, and spa services. Great place on the north shore. AC worked well for the master and living room. The fans did a good job in the other rooms. We had to extend our stay at the last minute and they were happy to do it. Prompt response to resolve an internet connection issue that came up during the stay. There is some traffic on the road in front of the patio during the day. The view of the mountains from the unit is awesome!

Enjoyed all but the road noise and the contractor working on the unit below us.
We enjoyed the early morning view and realitive quiet, before the morning rush.

Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teens) had a great time! The view off the lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails outside daily. Condo was very clean and fairly well appointed. Cooler and beach towels & chairs were a nice addition. It was also nice that everyone had their own bathroom and space to relax.
A couple of things to point out:
Need to add a cutting board and a new coffee maker, as the carafe had to be jimmy rigged to brew correctly but not a huge deal. The bedroom with the single bed is next to a busy road and gets pretty warm.
All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would consider staying here again if in Princeville with the family!

Nice place. Outlets on lanai didn’t work so that made using the electric grill a bit challenging, and dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes, but other than those minor things, place was really nice.

We travelled to Princeville in April 2023 with our family of 5. The home was very comfortable. It offered everything we needed. The location was great. The views of the golf course were beautiful. I would highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay in Princeville.
