There is no comparison between my home & the hotel's small 300 SF converted one room studios.
As the great reviews mention you have a complete kitchen, coffee center, filtered water, unlimited paper products, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher premium pellets, other soaps, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products iron & board, first aid kit, & sewing kit & more
I am always upgrading & my guests' suggestions are welcome to improve my condo, Nail polish remover, Q-tips, Cotton balls, Medicines, beach & regular umbrellas, USB Plug Ins, play pen, high chair have been some of the suggestions.
I have a 124 pack container of emergency dried foods. If one is imminent, you should get bottled water, if water is cut off.
My home's not beach front, it's 3 buildings back & a minute stroll to the 3-mile long beach & magnificent sunrises & on the 2nd floor with 10 steps, there is no elevator.,
The Nightly RATE is for 2 GUESTS.
Additional guests up to two, regardless of age are $50 a Night per guest. Histrionically I break even at $50 with the added cleaning time & double laundry time, supplies and electricity.
The $350 check out cleaning is included in your total. If staying over10 nights it includes a required short interim cleaning or cleanings & inspections in the middle or repeated if longer. There is no way to fairly include it in a nightly rate. It is separate because the longer your stay the less per night, 4 nights is $87.50 a night, 7 nights is $50, 10 nights is $35 &14 is $25 a night. I am sure you understand this.
The Cancellation Policy is 30 days for a 100% refund & 15 days 50% refund. After then 0 refund, But I will try and to re-rent it for all or part of the time. I refund what I receive.
THE $750 DEPOSIT IS NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU PAY. In the rare case of damage or theft VBRO gives me 14 days to make a claim against the deposit. In 20 years with over 400 guests I have made a claim 4 times. VBRO sells insurance $59 ($1500), $89 ($3000), $129 ($5000). If you desire to buy it let me know. It covers accidental damage, not intentional or theft.
There's an ocasional Small Partial Distant Ocean View when the trees are trimmed ^ Wyndham does so.
My home is always Impeccably Clean as mentioned in many guest reviews.
You're centrally located between Lihue & Kapaa, 7 minutes from the airport. The resort is secluded a 1/4 mile off the main highway.
I think it's nicely decorated. LOL. I remodeled it. Do you remember know of Ricky Nelson (he's an old pop star & TV actor) & his Song Garden Party? "You can't please everyone so you've got to please yourself." You Get a Box of Chocolates if you mention you read this.

On occasion I get 4 stars 16 times in 22 years.. Some say my decors is s dated. Heck, I knew I was dated years ago when a friend's daughter came home & said, LOL " Dad did you know Paul McCartney was in another band before Wings! You get a Bag of Coffee if you mention you read this.

Kauai Beach Villas is 1 of the most exclusive & secluded Oceanfront Resorts on Kauai. Entered through a 1/4-mile tree tunnel lined drive. The 3-mile-long beach goes along the public golf course ending at famous Lydgate Park.
The salon has a Ceiling fan, Air Conditioner, Queen Sofa Bed, Chair & Ottoman & TV Cabinet with books & some games, 58" Smart Roku TV & Bluetooth Sound Bar & air purifier.
Your bedroom has a 30" Flat Screen LED HD TV with HD Cable and side speakers. Stereo System. remote ceiling fan, remote air conditioner, air purifier, king firm bed with a memory foam topper. You sleep in Bamboo Sheets, 2 king pillows, blankets & comforter & art.
I cook & bake. My gourmet kitchen is equipped better than most homes. Reverse Osmosis 3 Filter Water at the sink. Refrigerator & ice maker has filter. Pots & pans, baking pans, fine china, glasses, crystal stemware, wine glasses & champagne flutes, silverware, 2 knife sets & lots of utensils. Appliances include all mentioned above & a blender, hand mixer, 2 food processors (Small & Large). 2 coffee makers (8 & 5 cup), coffee bean burr mill grinder, 4 slice toaster, George Foreman Grill, electric skillet, slow cooker, waffle maker, popcorn maker, electric & hand can openers, rice cooker, steamer, wine opener, utensils, bowls, & storage containers.
There are 4 cushioned chairs & dining table. The granite counter top bar has 2 bar stools.
The medium size bath has a full tub with floral doors, tall people raised shower head, floral brass sliding doors. Lots of bath, hand towels & wash cloths & bamboo bath towels, hair dryer. Medicines include headache, diarrhea, antacid, petroleum jelly, denture cleaner, cotton balls, Q-tips, nail polish remover, body lotion, peroxide, 70% alcohol,
Between the bath & bedroom is a 3-light vanity/desk area, full-length wall & large hair & makeup mirror.
With the bath, bedroom desk & mirror & vanity area 3 guests can get ready easily.
The desk has a supplies, stapler, scotch tape, pens, paper. An Armoire has 2 drawers, spare towels, hanging closet, hangers, blankets & beach towels.
There's NO regular telephone 99% of people have cell phones & that saves $15 a week
Magnificent morning sunrises are a 1 minute walk, the picture you see is one of hundreds I've taken. The colors are as lovely as they can get, I go every morning with a beach chair, coffee thermos & beach umbrella when it rains. A sunrise breakfast picnic at the beach.
The resort landscaping is beautiful with ponds, waterfalls, fountains, flowers & foliage.
Mid December to Early January is $10 a night more.
If renting over10 nights I provide a required interim cleanings. A short straighten up, change linens, clean kitchen & bath if needed for 2 hours It is done mid stay 10/12 nights on the 5th/6th day, 13/14 on the 6/7th day. Longer stays repeat that. This protects my home & ensures quality for the next guest. If determined, you are not maintaining my home & they need more time or need to come back for additional time your deposit is charged This is rare, 95% of my guests are great. but its happens.
A Motocross racetrack at the end of the golf course and sometimes makes noise on weekends & holidays. Hours are Sat, Sun & Holidays 10 am to 6 pm. A schedule can be Googled, Kauai Motocross. Labor Day weekend has 2 days of racing.
PLEASE read this location information:
1. Medical Warning Tropical Island Microbials are Worldwide. If you're sensitive to mold you may get sick. My condo is fogged every 3 months & as mold free as possible. I bought the fogging machine.
2. Caution, West Nile Virus & Dengue Fever are present. Use mosquito repellent.
3: The Rooster Noise may wake you up. Scattered during the hurricanes years ago they are protected by law as birds & aren't sent to Foster Farms.
4.. PLEASE! NO SMOKERS PERIOD. In or outside of my home & the Lanai. INCLUDING CIGARS & MARIJUNA. NO! A Medical Marijuana Card is not accepted FOR SMOKING it IN OR AROUND MY HOME. I have no objection to your using it, that is a personal liberty. Just please do so far enough away that you don't bring the smell into my home. If a smoke smell is detected your deposit is charged the cost of eliminating the smell.

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was as described. Very comfortable. Location was quite conducive to travel around the island. Kitchen was well appointed, with everything we needed for cooking.

Communication with property manager excellent. The owner describes the condo and property exactly! EVERYTHING you would need for a comfortable stay is there, from extra paper products, soaps, shampoo, laundry pods, etc.
Mounque explains everything in his documents, there are no surprises. Complex is great, being next to the Outrigger Resort, where we had access to all resort pools, etc. Condo pool & hot tub are stellar. Location to the ocean is excellent.

This place is everything it is advertised to be. Super clean. Up to date. Central to everything on the island. Communication with the owner is very easy. I can not say enough good things about this place. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of Vrbos over the years and this was by far our best trip ever. Many thanks to Monk for sharing his place with us for 10 days.

The unit is only a short drive to the airport and made it nice being centralized to the attractions on the Island. Great communications with owner. Very clean unit. Kitchen is very well equipped, resort pools and hot tubs very nice, nice being remote from towns made for easy parking at the condo, very nice landscaping and taken care of. The only negative items I had is the room is over a 3 minute walk to the beach,, the couch is very uncomfortable, and the beach itself. The beach at the ocean is not clean, you can not swim or snorkel in the ocean at that location and if you walk heading north on the beach there are a few homeless people living there.

I’ll say this, the neighborhood was nice and close to a beautiful beach (although I wouldn’t recommend the beach for younger children) and overall the description was very accurate and thorough. However, some problems I had were that the sink was broken when I got there and it sprayed water out the side the entire time, I couldn’t use the sink without having to wipe everything down after. Also, packages would not go to this address no matter what I did - I was staying for about a month and no packages even with excessive correspondence with the companies ( I tried re-sending it with one company over 4 times and just ended up sending it back home due to the hassle) items would just stay “out for delivery” for days and never get delivered even with directly copy and pasting the address over. Truly though my main problem with this Vrbo is the private investigator (who works with the Kauai Chief of Police) that REPEATEDLY came to the building to question and harass me over the owners whereabouts, information and my relation to him - I winded up leaving a week early because I was not comfortable with this - I informed the owner of the issue and sent him the investigators information which he did nothing with, and a day later the investigator was back with more questions. Overall I could live with a broken sink but I refuse to be pulled into any legal matters the owner has, I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer but I would not stay here again.

WOW, what a great location to the whole island. Close to the airport, shop Safeway, Smith’s Luau and perfect for exploring both sides of the island. Mr Mounque was very attentive to all our questions and he got back to us with all our answers. His condo was fully equipped and his listing was outstanding and accurate. The property is conveniently located - close to the airport, close to the beach and convenient for traveling to all parts of the island. Mounque goes above and beyond with communication and is very responsive. His condo truly does have everything needed for a comfortable stay and it is impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay!!

Wow! On our first visit to Kauai we hit the jackpot! This property was exactly as described in every detail. Everything we needed was provided. Mounque was very responsive and helpful, and he obviously cares very much that we had a great experience.
The location was fabulous as it is centrally located, giving easy access to all areas of the island while being close to grocery shopping and other needs.
The resort is well kept and has wonderful amenities.
This will be our go-to property every time we come to Kauai, which after experiencing it, will be often!

This is a spacious and immaculate condo in an excellent location. Comfortable bed, well furnished kitchen. The owner is clearly very proud of their property and has gone to great lengths to make it welcoming. The condo complex is part of a larger resort and renters have access to pool and other facilities. We enjoyed ourselves very much, thanks Mounque!

Mounque's place was perfectly located for us. We were able to see sites from all over the island. We also arrived late in the evening so being close to the airport was a bonus. My husband is a chef and the kitchen is one of the best outfitted we have experienced. We were able to walk every day around the property and beach.
