We loved our stay at your condo! When we walked in and saw the waves i knew we made the right decision. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for 8 days. All the little touches were appreciated. ( soap, spices,hair dryer, patio furniture) The view was a 10!!It was very clean and no bugs in September.The tradewinds and fans were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The condo is in a great location with great view of the ocean. It's only a short walk across a lawn to a quiet beach and the sound of the surf was ever present. The unit is set up with louvered windows which allow air flow from front to back and with fans and the sea breezes we did not feel the need for air conditioning. The one issue we had was with repair work going on on the building. We were not informed of this ahead of time. It was noisy and intrusive and eventually we had to vacate and find another unit to rent for the last part of our stay. The property manager we rented through, Garden Island Properties, told us that they did not have any control over the work and had not been informed. The building manager, Castle Properties, should have been more considerate of people's privacy and expectation of a quiet vacation.
Well located, close to everything in few minutes, well renovated condo, well equipped, clean and well maintained. SIte is perfect and very quiet. Very comfortable bedding and mattress. Wonderful ocean view, although very very windy!
This rental is nice. Good location for jumping to both north and south shores. Grounds were kept nice & pool was beautiful in the evening when we used. Bedding/Comforter could be washed more frequently & bed was not very comfortable. Would be nice to have a privacy curtain/wall? Something in between neighbors’s deck and ours. When neighbors outside at the same time, it was awkward being in pjs drinking coffee.
Great condo and location...very easy process with hosts.
Would stay again if we return to Kauai

We stayed at Kaha Lani Resort #221 for our first trip to Kauai. It was a great location, central to both the north shore and the south side of the island. The unit was comfortable and clean, perfect for two people. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Kauai!
