The Bayview was the perfect location and home for our family of four plus both sets of grandparents. With two master bedrooms upstairs and a private ohana suite downstairs this property fit us just right. The home was clean, organized with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. Walking trails to the beach and pool made getting outside with the kids a breeze. We highly recommend the Bayview and hope to stay here again someday.

Our stay in Bayview Poipu Kai was awesome! The hosts are great and communicate to answer all of your questions. My favorite part of the house was the deck! I personally sat under the roof overhang during high sun times and even when it rained!! But there was also a table for 6-8 people to eat at and 3 large loungers for those sun tanners. We also took advantage of the grill for some stay at home meals. But wait…there’s more! My wife loved sitting in the lanai which was shaded under the upper deck. She loved the breeze and views of the ocean. But wait…there’s more! The house is fully stocked with beach toys, water shoes, umbrellas, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas. There’s more but too much to list! There are 3 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. That’s hard to find especially with AC. There was a brand new washing machine upstairs and an additional stacked unit downstairs. I didn’t verify but the unit must have tankless water heaters! We had 5 adults and never ran out of hot water!! We did also use the community pool which was a nice bonus. Besides the house being so well stocked, the property is located next to the Grand Hyatt. So we could walk to the Hyatt and have a drink or meal and enjoy their beautiful grounds. But wait…there’s more! You can walk to the Poipu Bay golf course and play the same course where they held the PGA Grand Slam event until 2006. Even if you don’t golf, the Kauai Poke Co took over their restaurant and we ate their twice for casual lunches. You get to have great views of the golf course and ocean! We loved taking walks to the many beaches nearby to watch monk seals and turtles. We even got to see a manta ray feeding during the daytime in one of the bays. My final comment is how well everything is labeled so you know where things are and what light switch works which lights/fans. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting the south side of Kauai!!!

We had a great three weeks stay with our family. Quiet location and easy access to beach, pool and turtles at sunset. Resort pool was clean and a great spot to hang out after dark and unwind from a busy day. Property owners are great to work with and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time!!

This house is so well equipped. We felt at home but living in Paradise. Such a great location. The beds were so comfortable. The AC in the rooms were nice. The big room did get hot especially if using the oven but the air flow was great. We would definitely stay here again. We had 7 people and it fit us well. We loved it and enjoyed our week. So glad we picked this rental for our first time to the Island.
