The host was extremely responsive. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. A little rough by the water for little kids but this is a seasonal thing. Tons of beach necessities included in the unit. Spacious unit.

We try to get to KP every year in the summer and we’ve stayed at many different versions of this condo floor plan. This unit is definitely on the nicer side - recently renovated and super clean. We loved the abundance of Air conditioning and especially appreciated the living room setup. Tons of games in every cabinet, fully appointed kitchen, Rokus on every TV in every room, and the best view from any unit in the top row furthest from the water. We love grilling down by the beach and it’s an easy walk down there. Definitely looking forward to returning and renting with Kim Kauai. She’s the best host there and super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for my family of 6. Had everything we needed for our 8 day stay.
This condo was absolutely great for our family vacation! The unit is close to the road so an easy walk to the pool which our kids loved. There is poolside bar service which we loved :) The beach is a bit of a hike from this unit and there is no direct way to get there. That being said, the beach is great and you can snorkel. You can also easily walk to Poipu beach. The unit came with a ton of beach stuff which was also awesome. The space is huge for a family of four.it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived but I contacted Kim and we got it cleaned right away and weren’t charged. Kim was super easy to contact and was very responsive.

Amazing property that had anything we could possibly need. Easy distance to/from the airport, short stroll to the beach, clean, comfortable, and functional for families. I would happily stay here again, if only to visit Little Fish Coffee across the street every morning for an açaí bowl.

Quiet, clean and convenient. Beach perfect. Not overly crowded like neighboring hotels. Private.
We loved our stay here. The beach was so close and easy to access. Beautiful beach too. As soon as we arrived the first day we went down to the beach. It was easy to find a spot and not crowded.
Most of the view of the ocean was blocked by the properties in front, but it is still a nice view. The shops across the street were in walking distance and made it easy to grab breakfast.
The place was very clean and updated and matched the pictures on the listing. Plenty of space for us (family of 5). Beds were very comfortable and the property has two very large lanais to watch the sun rise and set. Condo is also in a great location on the island and provides easy access to the west, north and east shores. I would definitely recommend.
