Great condo with all the necessities and then some. The view from this condo is fantastic. We made good use of the beach chairs, and the beach umbrella was a huge plus. You can easily walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Central location means everything on the island is within an hour. The kitchen is well appointed with more appliances and tools than I expected. I'd definitely stay again if I go to Kauai again.
This place has everything we needed to cook. The sound of the ocean waves is mesmerizing, night and day. The beach chairs, towels and other items fit the bill perfectly. And Wailua is a great location. Thanks for a relaxing stay.
Very well kept property. Very clean unit. Well stocked with starter supplies. The view of the bay is the best feature. We would come back if we visit Kauai again.

It was great to be so close to the ocean, able to hear the waves breaking and wind blowing. The unit owners had boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach mats and umbrellas, sand chairs and coolers available. Having a washer and dryer in the unit meant fewer clothes to pack, and fresh beach towels were always available. There were many restaurants in the area that ranged from food trucks to fancy sit down meals with wonderful ocean views. Definitely come back.
You are basically on top of the water. It is an amazing location. Private lanai with excellent views. Plenty of parking.
I must have a different idea of clean than most people. The unit was definitely not clean. Hair in the tub, stains on carpet, just not up to my standards.
Kitchen had anything and everything you needed. Even a waffle maker!
Sliding glass door didn't lock. Contacted management and they said they would have someone take a look. Someone did come out but it was never fixed. I'm not ok with doors not being locked.
Great location near Historic Kapaa town. The place was clean, quiet, and had an amazing view off the balcony to the ocean. Plenty of parking and a completely no smoking facility! It looked newly renovated with all the amenities you would need. I would stay here again.
The view and room was awesome , as we stayed in all day one day to pouring rain. Very nice to see and listen to the ocean
This was such a disappointing stay considering the photos. Here's the real deal:
LOCATION:
- Majority of the building faces & locates right next to THE only highway on Kauai. Our unit is the furthest away from the main road and still the noises are loud
THE UNIT
Here are a few things to be aware:
- There's shaggy carpet in the bedroom & living room. It's gross.
- The bedroom constantly has a smell of mold. When you open the closet, it smells like pee.
- The main condo door has this huge hollow core in it with glass blinds that never fully closes. This doesn't help with the noise situation, especially when the bedroom is located by the hallway/door.
THE SERVICE
I should've known this wasn't going to be a good stay the minute we walked into the condo:
- when we checked in at 3:30pm, there were bedsheets in the dryer, which the cleaner came around 5pm to collect, then proceeded to fold it on our bed.
- There was only 1 key in the unit when we were told there would be 2. That felt unsafe
- Wifi cannot be found. We had to reset the modem. My call to Cindy was returned with an email, the next day. That was completely unhelpful.
- The food disposer and the kitchen plumbing completely broke and leaked everywhere. We had to clean it up. The next day, the cleaner begrudgingly came and washed whatever we didn't clean. But she didn't bother to wipe under the sink mat.
- The night before check out, Cindy sent an email telling us to do laundry, trash, dishwasher".
Overall we liked the condo - it was clean, but the window air conditioning did not work well the first night - might consider changing it for a newer model. The patio screen door also should be replaced as flies are able to come in so we had to close the glass doors while we were in the room - and the a/c was located in the front of the unit in the bedroom. The people that we worked with were very responsive to our needs and came to our room to help us with the a/c unit which was operating well our first day, and the tv in the bedroom.
