This condo is beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Owner is wonderful to work with. We can't say enough about this condo rental. Great location, on the 9th hole of Kona Country Club. With both golf and ocean views, it is the most comfortable place we have ever rented.
We loved every thing about this property. It has beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked, had more than we needed. Everything in the condo was clean, well organized and labeled. Loved the magnifying mirrors in each bathroom. Plenty of beach equipment, beach bags, ice chests and towels. Nothing lacking! If we come back to the big island, we would definitely stay here again.
The condo is absolutely beautiful. I spent many evenings on the lanai relaxing & watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes for cooking meals. The bed is very comfortable. The bedroom has AC available. This was the perfect place for us.
The property was just as pictured and described, maybe even nicer. Very well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, beach equipment, comfortable furniture and bedding. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. The view and sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed dining and hanging out on the lanai. The pool is on the smaller side but the water temp was great and there are plenty of loungers and chairs. Parking spot is very close to the unit and there are just a few stairs to access the unit. The way the buildings are designed provides a lot of privacy and we couldn’t hear neighbors through the walls/ceiling. The bedroom had a portable a/c unit, but we never used it. Using the ceiling fans and opening the windows kept the unit at a comfortable temperature. It’s a short drive to Kailua Kona and lots of restaurants and shops. We’d definitely recommend this unit for a couple or small family and we’d definitely stay here again.
We had a very nice time at Trent and Debbie’s condo. The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. We a sticklers in particular for comfortable beds in the condos we rent and I am please to say that both the King bed and Queen Murphy bed are in good condition and comfortable . Trent was quickly attentive when we had a small issue that had to be rectified and they nicely accommodated us on our last day when we had a late flight out. The veranda had a relaxing, beautiful view out the back across the teletubby garden and golf course to the bay below! We prefer to be within walking distance to a beach so dropped location to 4 stars but the location was convenient for driving to some interesting spots within 10 to 30 minutes. The girls were able to walk to a nice pickleball/tennis club and pay for not too big a fee. All in all, the owners and the condo were very nice and I would definitely recommend it to others as long as they understood that there is no direct beach access!
As return guests, we are thrilled each time we visit. Trent and Debbie have done such an excellent job with this property. It is a bit of heaven and has everything you could need. We love it!

This was a perfect spot for us and lots of room. We loved sitting on the Lani and enjoying the bountiful bird song and garden. Very nicely renovated making it a lovely condo. We also loved the location with a shopping plaza close by and a golf course. We will be back.
The property itself was beautiful with sliding glass doors all the way across for spectacular view. And it really is all about the view.
You cannot imagine a more beautiful spot to have coffee in the morning than that back lanai.

The view from the patio is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the condo is clean; these aspects are five stars, and I would rent this property again if there were only two of us to stay in the master bedroom. There are a few issues that make this a four-star property for us. The first and most important is the air conditioning; there is only one portable air conditioner and it’s in the bedroom, so if people need to sleep in the living room area, they must sleep on the Murphy bed or pull-out couch with access to a ceiling fan only; those who say that it cools off at night must not mind being hot at night. Second, is the timer on the air conditioner; the a/c does work well in the bedroom, but it has a four-hour timer, so in the middle of the night we woke up hot and had to reset the timer and then try to go back to sleep. We understand the cost of energy is high in Hawaii, but limiting the renter’s comfort affects enjoyment and this is the main reason for the four-star rating. Again, this property has many great qualities, such as lots of amenities in the condo, being close to the airport, a street fair within walking distance, a nice swimming pool, friendly neighbors, easy parking, and responsive hosts.
As a lifelong resident of Hawaii, I have been in a number of accommodations across the islands and this property stands out as one of the best. We would stay here again! Mahalo!
Although this property is just off busy Alii Drive, you never notice or think about the traffic. Very quiet. So much more peaceful than staying closer to Kailua-Kona, although the town is easily accessible and the condo is in a great location to access other island points of interest.
Trent and Debbie have furnished the condo, including the kitchen, with everything you could think of. The only critique of the kitchen is that many of the bowls and dishes are plasic or otherwise get extremely hot if microwaved. Excellent washer and dryer. Large screen TV's work with your own Netflix account. The unit is spotless and the bed is very comfortable. The lanai has an incredible view, overlooking a superb garden (teeming with flowers and birds), the 9th hole of the Kona golf course, and the ocean. Great place for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The condo complex also has a very nice pool that looks like it has been redone recently and was exquisitely clean when we were there.
Trent was very welcoming and kindly answered questions by email and phone during our stay. This condo was perfect for our stay and we consider it a great value.
Loved this condo! The view and outdoor space were wonderful and the extra provisions supplied in the condo were very helpful for our visits to the beach. Also, Trent was an excellent host and he responded to our questions promptly. Highly recommend this place!
Trent and Debbie’s condo exceeded our expectations. From the condo layout, the cleanliness, the view from the lanai, and the location, we could not have been more pleased. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening beverages on the lanai. The view of the sunset over the ocean from the lanai was spectacular on some of the nights. Everything about this property was perfect. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the beach, shopping area and free shuttle into Kona. The setting was perfect - beautiful view of the golf course and ocean, the amenities in the condo were great - from kitchen supplies and appliances, to washing machine/dryer and beach chairs/umbrellas for use as well as 3 pools. Comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our group. We were here for the Kona ironman, and the everything exceeded our expectations - would definitely recommend this property to anyone else travelling to Kona. We were friends staying here, but would also be great for families with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the pools on site.
