This condo had all the accommodations including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated two king beds for our teens to have more room instead of the normal queen. Parking was a little confusing, and despite being on the street side of the building, it was quiet.
The property was beautiful, your condo was so pretty and comfortable! Access to the town of Kapa’a was perfect! We enjoyed every moment! Mahalo from Alaska
We loved our time in Kapaa! Easy location of condo, clean, well equipped. Bring ear plugs, the roosters on the island are loud very early in the morning!
Bright open feel in condo. Nice pool beside the ocean. Noisy location as condo is near the highway not the ocean. BBQs were far away. Nowhere to store clothes etc in main bedroom. Overall a pretty nice rental.
We had a great time in Kapaa, this condo was mostly perfect for us and I would stay here again. The location of this place is very central, it’s right beside the highway so it is a bit loud at night and in the morning. Also there are roosters that crow and you can hear them all night so bring good earplugs!
We are a family of 5, there are 2 bedrooms and a couch. It isn’t a pullout couch which I didn’t realize when I booked because the listing does say it’s good for 4-5 people. Also they only provided 3 beach towels. For a family of 5 that is going to the beach daily it would have been nice to provide a towel for each. Otherwise this place was great it was a really good price for the area and otherwise very comfortable and convenient.
The property was clean. Up 3 flights of stairs. The owner was not prompt in responding. The paperwork said to take trash out daily but didn’t say where to take it and left no other trash bags. But it worked for us.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and right next to a shopping center. The stairs to the 3rd floor were tiring though.
We really enjoyed our stay. Location couldn’t be better, pools and beach at the property are great for babies. Check in process was super simple. 3rd floor walk up was easier than expected with a baby and stroller. We missed having laundry also but managed ok without. Condo is well appointed for cooking and going to the beach, a great home base for us.
Great place to stay centrally located in the island which makes it easy to get around. place was clean and had everything we needed.
