We stayed in this lovely condo in Kauai. The condo was nice and clean and right on the water. We were able to see turtles every night which was a plus. Check in process was easy and the management team was receptive. Thank you for the beach towels they worked great! The only thing I would say that was a little off, was the bed was very uncomfortable. However, some may like super firm beds. My husband usually likes firm, but even for him it was too much. Other than that, it was a great place. Thank you again.
We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed. We like to have a washer and dryer in unit but they have a laundry room on each floor which is convenient. It was exactly as pictured in the photos. The bed was firm and very comfortable. We loved the location. We are planning to return to Kauai and book this same place we liked it so much.

My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights of our honeymoon here and it was unbelievable. The pictures don’t do the view justice - being able to see turtles and star gaze from the balcony was priceless. We are already planning on staying here again in the future!
What we loved most about our stay at Kuhio Shores was the great location. The complex was clean and quiet; located between a restaurant and the bay. Across the street was a park. This location for us was much more attractive than the many resorts in Poipu, in terms of density and traffic.
From our deck, we enjoyed watching the Green Sea Turtles frolic in the surf, the crabs scurrying among the lava rocks, and the BEAUTIFUL sunrises and sunsets. We also enjoyed the Rose-ringed Parakeets (parrots) that roosted each night in the Palm Trees (although parking under those trees resulted in poop bombs on the car; you have been warned😜).
Sight unseen, I felt like we made the right choice for OUR Kauai vacay.
This location and unit was perfect for our vacation needs. I wanted to be able to relax and unwind. We spent each day enjoying the turtles in the cove. Getting to hear the sounds of the ocean everyday was so calming. The unit is lovely and well appointed.
The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the view was amazing loved staying at this condo.
We loved the location of the property and listening to the ocean at night. We were able to see sunrises and sunsets daily which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.
