Aloha! Hali’i Kai #22A is located in beautiful Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast. Our villa welcomes you with the serenity of a luxury retreat and beautiful view from the lanai of the Coconut Grove, Kohala Mountains, Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea. The two bedrooms are separated by the living / dining / kitchen. Great location for families on vacation or couples that want to share expenses but still have a bit of privacy.

Our cleaning procedure is to wipe and disinfect all touch points down to the clothes Hangers using Monk disinfectant wipes, Saniclean, Detergen, Bioclean and spray all counter surfaces using a Virucide Disinfectant Sanitizer, EPA number 10324-117. In addition, wash all Linen on full Hot Water cycle. Our goal is to provide a clean and safe environment in your home away from home.

Living space is 1317sf with a quiet setting to entertain friends, family conversation or just reading a good book. The villa features a lovely single level, second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium that can sleep up to 6. The master bedroom features an over-sized king bed and the second bedroom features two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a beautifully featured bath. The master bath includes dual vanities, a separate soaking tub and large walk in shower, with granite and tile throughout. The second bath includes dual granite vanities with a tub shower combo. Other features include a professionally decorated and well-maintained kitchen that includes granite counter tops, black on stainless steel appliances and African mahogany cabinets. The open floor plan features a living dining combination with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area, allowing for privacy in a multi-couple visit or quiet time for the children while Mom and Dad listen to their music! Parking is in front of the condominium garage marked 22A directly in front of the stairway to the condominium entrance.

Hali’i Kai is a five star private gated community with amenities that include the Ocean Club, a multi-tiered resort style pool with aqua loungers, sand bottom spa and ocean front views. The ocean side café and bar are located poolside so you can spend the day at the pool and have food and refreshments as close as 20 steps away. The Ocean Club features an exercise area to start your day with a run on a treadmill with a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. 22A Hali'i Kai was super clean in every way (no bugs), comfy beds and pillows, nice furniture, great lanai, plenty of beach chairs and fun toys to use. Hosts and property manager were kind and helpful. We have been coming to the Big Island for 15+ years and this was by far our most favorite unit and neighborhood. We can't wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this fabulous condo! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Thomas and Gail are excellent hosts! They were so responsive to questions and provided me with useful and valuable information about the area. After full days at the nearby beaches and exploring the Island, we would catch the beautiful sunsets and enjoy dinner at the Ocean Club most evenings. The food was excellent and there was live music. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the Big Island.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, well stocked, and clean. The owners/hosts have gone out of their way to make sure their guests have everything they need while on vacation. The kitchen had every item we needed to stay in and make our own meals. There was a closet full of beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool floats, beach towels, and ice chests which came in handy on the days we went to the beach. The Ocean Club and resort style pool were our favorite place to watch the whales & the beautiful sunsets. All of the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are big. It’s a quiet community. You will feel right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here. It will exceed your expectations.

My friends and I just returned from a weeks stay at Halii Kai, condo 22A. It’s in a great location, close to all activities in Waikoloa. The grounds are beautiful. The condo is spacious and well maintained. It was very peaceful and quiet. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. The sunset views from the pool area are awesome.

Lovely unit for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything needed. Towels were plush and bedding was comfortable… slept very well! Well stocked with beach chairs, towels etc for guests. Property was well maintained. The balcony overlooks a beautiful courtyard! ( with a turkey who calls it home). The pool and restaurant area were so very beautiful. Loved sitting amongst the gardens and especially loved that the views of the ocean were spectacular. The food at the restaurant were some of the best we had. Because of weather had to cancel a Christmas stay with family on the island, so brought friends and enjoyed it in Sept. Wonderful place to stay. Plan to do it again in the same condo.
