Great property with great location. One of the best appointed places we've rented through vrbo - kitchen stocked with everything needed and it was in good shape.

We enjoyed our stay at 804. It was very cozy. Kitchen had all of the essentials, beds were comfortable and the best part was the items on the lanai. We had beach items to use. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
Property campus is well maintained. Building 8 is at the top of the hill and has gorgeous views of the area. There are several stairs that would be a problem for people with limited mobility. The condo was stocked with essential items better then any previous rental I've had (soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc). It's nice to not have to bring them or pay inflated island prices. Also well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Beach is within walking distance, but driving makes more sense if you are taking cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Steve provided helpful info for check-in and was responsive to questions. A few things in the condo didnt work as intended and some cleaning disappointments, but nothing really problematic.
We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular-do many beautiful sunsets! Steve was easy to work with-we would absolutely stay here again!
Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds and living space, great kitchen. I would say closer to excellent and would def stay again. Owner is great and easy to deal with. Took one star off because of the bugs, gnats in bathroom and under kitchen sink but thats not the owners fault. Its the islands!! Wonderful time! Thank u!!!
The cottage was wonderful, high quality living space, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Lani, off the living room was fantastic, with one of the best views of the sunset!We only contacted the host twice during our trip for advice and he was very timely and helpful.John & Jan
Great location, walk to beach, parking is easy
This condo was close to the beach, very clean and had everything we needed. There were four of us on this Hawaiin adventure and we had plenty of room inside and the front lanai provided a special outdoor space. to trlax a
The Good: The location of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room and deck, were nothing short of amazing! The check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Not So Good: The overall cleanliness of the condo. The deck seat cushions and the kitchen chair cushions were all stained/ dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The carpeting in the living room & down the stairs was stained/ dirty. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. There were no instructions anywhere to operate anything. There was a laminated booklet in the kitchen with sightseeing info but no instructions. While all of this is probably pretty normal with a rental, its still disappointing when you choose a spectacular location to stay, and end up having to deal with these issues. The phone number for the property management company was not found until later in the week, it was on framed instructions 1/2 hidden behind the toaster in the kitchen. At this point, we had 2 days left to our vacation and didn't want to deal with the intrusion of property management for things that should have been done prior to our arrival. After our vacation, we did reach out to the host Steve to convey all of these issues & he was prompt and genuine in his response. Overall, this is a fantastic location. With some attention to details this could be the best place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated how easy it was to walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy beautiful Poipu. We also were thrilled to have access to beach chairs, coffee and all the comforts of home!
The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.
Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.
