Great location, close to Kailua-Kona. Easy walk to multiple beaches and close to shopping, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Nice setting right on the water. Good space for a couple, but probably small for a larger group. It was a bit dated and tired but was clean and well supplied. The views of the sunsets and the sounds of the waves were wonderful.
View from back deck was excellent. Unit is outdated. Refrigerator is too big for space. No live TV. Everything is streaming. Owner needs to upgrade to live tv. Otherwise comfortable bed and bedroom
My client stayed there and said it was just so heavenly. Everything was absolutely wonderful and that when they go back again, they will definitely be staying there. Thank you!
The oceanfront location cannot be beat. Has all the kitchen and beach things you need. Beautiful artwork and comfy bed and linens. The unit is showing its age a bit and could use a little TLC, but no showstoppers. We would definitely stay again.
Loved the location, privacy of the end unit. Absolutely beautiful sunsets, great pool/bbq complex as well.
The host Maria was easily reachable and very helpful. A window unit A/C upstairs would be the icing on the cake but a wonderful property never the less.

The view from here is spectacular. That alone would be reason enough to stay here, but there are so many more things to love about this place. The kitchen is well stocked, although it was too hot to cook so other than breakfast we ate out at the nearby restaurants everyday. We loved the beach equipment, everything you could need is here. We also took advantage of the pickle ball court available for guests. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. We have stayed in hawaii before with only ac in the bedroom so I didn't think it would be a problem going without. However, I sleep with a fan on even in the winter so it was very difficult to sleep. That being said, I would definately stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to just chill and watch the most spectacular sunsets you could imagine.

We love this condo. The remodel of the upper floor to an upstairs suite provides for amazing air circulation, views, and space. The condo provides everything you need, cooking utensils, starter items, etc. The view from the lanai is amazing and that's pretty much where we spent all our time. The unit is older and although it has been kept up very well, could use a little TLC and organization. But overall, we love, love, love this condo. The location is perfect and the "private" beach access is another great perk. Maria, the property manager is always available and responds within minutes to questions or concerns. Overall, the best place yet!
Enjoyed our stay! Love hearing and seeing the ocean! We had a couple of technical hiccups but Maria was fantastic. She responded right away and got us squared away quickly.
We enjoyed the beautiful Hawaii sunsets while sitting on the private lanai. The condo is in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby and a 10 minute walk took me to a fun snorkel area. We had everything we needed and management was easy to communicate with.
Older unit, but honestly the location to me was everything! Best seaside vacation spot if you love being outside & near the ocean. A lifetime of memories that I will cherish forever. This description of where it’s located & sea life you can see from the comfort of the lanai was 100% accurate. I spent 13 nights and it was a quiet, safe, and beautiful sanctuary to return to. Absolutely would book it again!
