This beautiful, totally remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath, condo is located on the top floor with a beautiful ocean views from our lanai. Very spacious 1484 Sq ft, with all bedrooms separated from each other which provides privacy for all. There is a Central- 3 way split AC system with separate controllers for the living room, master bedroom and loft bedroom. We also now have a free standing AC unit in the forward bedroom, so all rooms are now air conditioned. Also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. New flooring throughout the main floor, along with new doors and trim, so no more dingy tile flooring. If you see pictures with tile flooring they are old pictures.
The condo will sleep 8 comfortably and still have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The tile floors throughout makes our condo very beach friendly. The kitchen is fully supplied for all your home cooked meals. It features all new appliances and granite counters. There are flat screen TV's in two bedrooms and living room. Have a iPhone, iPod? We have a stereo for it as well. Free high speed internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are suites with their own bathrooms along with a full bathroom off the dining area. We have a full size washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
The large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We have all the beach gear you will need when you head to the beach. For families with 'little ones', we have a Pack-n-Play port-a-crib and a high chair along with a fold up stroller. Other items are available for rental, just inquire when booking.
The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and Foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Wonderful and fully equipped condo with ocean views and an oceanfront park right across the street.
I only wish we had more time on the island. Great location only a short walk to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to many more.

Being just across the street from a fantastic Beach was one of the best perks of this unit. But the unit itself was beautiful with several rooms and plenty of beds for everyone and fully stocked for anything you would want to cook in the kitchen. I really loved the ample supply of plates, bowls, cups, and silverware so we weren't having to wash when the first six or eight plates were gone because there were more than that. Also it had a crock pot and a rice cooker as well as many pots, pans, and bowls. Would recommend this unit for anyone visiting Maui and wanting to stay in Kihei.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is awesome. It is equipped with everything you need. The cooling system is great. All furniture and beds were comfortable. My daughters and granddaughter walked to the beach every day. You can’t go wrong with this unit. Just know that Maui is expensive in every way. This unit was the least expensive of similar units in this complex. Loved it!!!

i would like to thank the host for making the experience easy.Communication with them is outstanding,they really care.The property is situated in the great neighborhood.The unit is very clean and enough space that accomodate my party of 8.There is enough room for everyone.The only drawback is the AC I guess since it gets warm in the middle of the day but other than that everything is perfect.Walking distance to the beach which is only across the street and that is a gem since we like to do early morning walks.Highly recommended your unit and will not hesitate when Im back in this area in Maui.My family is very thankful to the host and for making our Maui vacation a memorable one.
