My family of 5 stayed here for 14 days in July. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it.I did a lot of research before booking, and the pictures and reviews of this rental are 100% accurate. When we arrived, we were greeted with the stunning view of the beach from the living room / lanai. Lindsay also started us off with a gift of Hawaiian coffee and chocolate macadamia nuts. A very nice touch!Our 3 kids stayed in the upstairs and my wife and I stayed in the downstairs master bedroom. There are two twin beds upstairs, so my 3rd kid slept in an air mattress (which we brought and left for future renters). We went to Costco and Safeway were able to prepare meals for most of our breakfasts/lunches. The kitchen had everything we needed.The laundry room is in the next building about 100 feet away. There is one washer and one dryer and the machines take quarters and also digital funds through an app . Note the hours of the laundry room are 8AM to 8PM and the keypad locks down access outside of these hours (I learned this the hard way).I spent a lot of time on the lanai which overlooks the beach. It’s an amazing view!! I felt that Kehei was a great base for us to explore Maui. Some great restaurants in Kihei. Safeway was 8 minutes away and Costco was 20 minutes away. The condo was perfect for our party of 4… 1 baby, 2 parents, and a friend. Spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view that greeted us every morning and gave sunsets every evening. The property had everything we needed to feel at ease right down to the Tupperware. Located in a perfect spot for small trips out of Kihei. The beach with direct access was walkable and allowed for plenty of outdoor adventure without having to drive anywhere. We will definitely come back!
Great location to spend a week to enjoy Maui
When you walk into the listing you’re greeted with the same stunning ocean views as in the photos, very accurate. The decor fit the Hawaiian feel and the pool was an excellent size to swim and chill out. We had plenty of space. Host even let us have a late check out due to a late flight and that was so convenient. The only thing to mention is the response time on the host is on the slower side but she was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again and bring others.
Firstly, Susan was so wonderful to deal with- thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating- we really appreciated the late checkout- with a 3 year old toddler with us…he was able to nap and that made such a wonderful difference to our last day in paradise. The view is amazing! Would love to stay there again someday soon.
We had the please of spending 6 nights at this amazing unit. Location is perfect for getting around the island. Amenities were exceptional everything we needed and then some was available. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kids loved the space upstairs to themselves. Pool, parking, beach access and local attractions made this place even more amazing. Would highly recommend!!!
Kihei is the perfect place to stay when visiting Maui. This condo has a fantastic view and was well stocked. The pool was great but not heated so brrrr until you got used to it. We had a fishing pole stolen but our fault for leaving it at the base of the stairs. Funny they left our beach stake and tackle box. Loved our stay and will book again when we plan another trip to Maui!

Stunning is the right word for the location and view. The evening sunsets were beautiful.The condo has everything you need for a week of staying in or going out. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels, and lots of beach gear.Couldn't ask for a better spot. We would definitley stay again!
The sugar beach area is great for long beach walks. The water is clean and swimmable. We enjoyed the pickleball court on site. The nearby bakery and shave ice shop are great! ABC store is close by, but you d need a car when staying here. The pool was clean, but unheated. The unit easily accommodated 2 couples. The upstairs bedroom was warm at night with the max A/C setting @72. Kitchen well supplied. The furnishings and unit are due for updating. Based on the photos, we got what we were expecting.
This property was a dream! We loved the easy accessibility to the beach, pool, restaurants, the best shaved ice, and the activities we had booked.
Overall very nice property and amazing views. Property manager was a rude individual and struggled with having effective communication. This place maybe more geared towards thebolder populations and not so kid friendly. If you have children who maybe a little rambunctious it maybe a good idea to find a more kid friendly space.
This is by far the best beach front property my family and I have ever stayed at. The location was perfect. My husband joked when he was standing on the lanai that the waves were “too loud” because he couldn’t believe how close we were, haha! The beach was pleasantly sandy and you can walk for miles. While we were there we mostly had the beach to ourselves with little to almost no people. It could have been the time of year we stayed but it was very peaceful. The house was equipped with anything you could need from beach chairs to full kitchen equipment. The owners were very prompt with responses and friendly. We would feel very lucky to make it back to Hawai’i and to stay there again!

I highly recommend this rental! We were a family of four (my husband, myself and my mother and father in law). The location is beyond beautiful and we absolutely loved just hanging out on the porch and watching the waves. The unit is really well stocked and we took out the beach chairs to hang out on the beach almost every day. Thank you Susan for a truly wonderful stay!
Property is a little dated but location and view more than make up for that drawback. You'd be hard pressed to get any closer to the water. Pool was an added bonus. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you would need to cook meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here

Just back from our stay here. Very nice location, residence is as described, beach and evening views are exceptional. We have a family of 5 so my daughters shared upstairs bed and my son took the other bed but we knew this going in. Kihei is centrally located so this is a nice hub. Parking lot to the townshouse is a little bit of a lug so be prepared when you get your groceries. Grounds are very nicely kept. Minor suggestions for owners are to have all the knives in the place sharpened (dangerously dull) and a few new pillows would be good on main bed. Everything else was well stocked and great and we appreciated the beach chairs! By the way...added benefit is seeing whales off in the distance.
Location, location, location. Well positioned, truly ocean-front on Sugar Beach near Kihei. Great beach walking, shops and restaurants nearby. Great privacy with bedrooms on different levels. Simple but practical furnishings. Amazing lanai. Highly recommend this property.
This property was much better than expected. It is a very peaceful complex, immaculately manicured with oceanfront refreshing big pool. There is an ABC store, delicious bakery and shave ice place just a short walk down the beach and across the road. We were two couples that thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Susan our host was very good at communicating with us before and during our stay.
We spent 8 nights at Susan's beautiful condo, and it was just as we remembered - perfect! You can't beat the location. She is quick to respond to any issues too. Thanks Susan for another great family vacation!
I cannot rate this condo or services high enough! The condo and location were absolute perfection, so much more than I imagined! The property was absolutely stunning and all the extra amenities provided were just so thoughtful and perfect and icing on the cake! Communication was amazing and so quick, we cannot wait to be lucky enough to come back to stay here. I wanted to be on the beach, you absolutely will be! I felt like we had our own private beach right outside our door, we walked the beach every day and were so thankful for the complimentary beach chairs that we had access to! Just perfection and cannot wait to come back!

The townhouse is smack dab on the Pacific Ocean. I could hear the waves with all doors closed- so soothing. We wanted for nothing. The house had plenty of everything we needed.
The property is great and no complaints whatsoever but we didn't get wifi details for 2 days until we talked to the house keeping / maintenance lady as the property manager is not tech savvy. That did create quite a bit of frustration as we had to use hotspot to work.
As for the property you can hear the waves and its on a beach that you can walk for miles. The view is amazing. That's the best part. It's old property but everything works.
This property has all that you need beach chairs plenty of towels extra clean which is super important sit on the deck and watch the beach walking down to the beach go to the swimming pool laundry rooms are in each separate pod unit Groceries and pastries are just a little short walk up to the beach he can also drive it but walking doesn’t take very long. You’re located around nice restaurants.
