Aloha, and welcome to our new Paki Maui condo. We are delighted to share our little “peace” of paradise and hope that you will choose to stay in what we like to call, Duffer’s Hale. We now own Nasher's Hale which is right next door so we can offer 2 side by side condos which allows couples that want to travel together to have their own space. We have them described at Unit 1 and Unit 2.
Paki Maui is a great oceanfront condominium complex in Honokowai, just northwest of Ka’anapali beach. The location is perfect. The Paki Maui is a 4- story ocean front resort with great amenities and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, Koi ponds, and waterfalls. Just steps from your door, is a large lawn area fronted by a beautiful sand beach and park where you can swim, snorkel, or sit in your chaise loungers and view the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai with umbrella drink in hand. Paki Maui offers guests a heated pool, hot tub, and gas and charcoal barbeque area where each evening people gather to take in yet another breathtaking sunset. Visiting November through March will afford you the thrill of whale watching up close. The calm Auau channel is home to a vast array of sea creatures: green sea turtles, tropical fish, dolphins, as well as, the majestic humpback whale who visits to breed each winter.
This freshly remodeled unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the second floor where you are virtually sitting in a tropical garden with soothing waterfalls. The second floor allows doors to remain open so tropical breezes keep the unit cool, ceiling fans are also provided for additional comfort.
We completed our remodel in December of 2013 and we cannot believe the gift we have been given being condo owners in a tropical paradise like Maui. Thanks to our son and friends, we have new tile floors throughout, a gorgeous kitchen with custom granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and cabinets. It is very well equipped: stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, silverware, utensils, dishware, glassware, pots and pans, bake ware, and more. We have made a special effort to provide those little extras in the condo that will make your stay easier so you don't have to buy things like spices, zip locks, storage containers, spices, condiments, etc.
The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower, custom vanity, and is appointed with new towels and linens. The bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and 32”...

We enjoyed our stay! Property was as advertised. The lanai opens to a courtyard full of tropical trees and flowers, and the building is very close to Lahaina harbor, where most whale watching and snorkeling tours pick up. There’s also a coffee shop within walking distance!

Everything you could want was included in this unit except for air conditioning and a dishwasher. It is a very nice property. If I had a complaint, and only because I am a late sleeper, is the noise from the parking lot. With windows open, garbage trucks, car doors slamming, road traffic, and even the rooster crowing was a tad disturbing. The location is good with lots of good things within walking distance. Parking in this area is tough as is parking everywhere in and around Lahaina.

Great location and place overall. The owner was very specific and clear on all details making the arrival, stay and departure very easy. If we return to Maui we will definitely return to Paci Maui.

Stunning location. Well equipped kitchen (except needs pasta strainer).
Comfortable bed. Fans very adequate during hot weather. Binders with
extensive information and recommendations for restaurants, markets, etc.
Beautiful central garden with trees and faux waterfall. Cleaning staff person
very nice and helpful in accessing key. Excellent communication with owners

We had a wonderful time at Paki Maui. It was perfect for our family. The kids (4 and 7) were comfortable sharing the pull out couch. Condo was complete with everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, adult snorkel gear, and boogie boards. It was very clean. Woke early every morning to watch whales breaching in the distance, turtles in the waves at our feet, and even a monk seal on the beach next door. Exactly what we hoped for and more! Mahalo for an amazing and memorable vacation!
