This is a top floor oceanview unit with an excellent ocean view and overlooks the pool area. It is one of many of the nicer units we own or manage, including two bedroom ocean front units, 1 bedroom ocean front units, and 1 bedroom ocean view units. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of several days to a month or more. Be sure to look at the video tour. The link to the video is the arrow or partial image to the left of the main picture above. The video gives a complete tour, and shows how nice this condo is. The Kona Reef is only 1 1/2 blocks to town, so you don't have to drive every time you want to go to a restaurant or shop. It is the ideal location in Kona, and moderately priced to fit your budget.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay, and has all the appliances and small appliances you could want.

The bedroom is roomy, as is the living and dining area. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit. Free long distance to the US mainland and Canada is included, and free WiFi is also provided.

Conveniently located with a good view. The mattress is very outdated and needs replacing. Communication with owner was non existent but also not required or necessary, just unusual from other previous VRBO stays.

This is second time we’ve enjoyed a staycation here. Some elements of the condo are tired, but we’ve noticed a few upgrades since last time. New refrigerator, Spectrum Wi-Fi & TV package recently installed & kitchen organized nicely. The pool area is always pristine and the view is spectacular. We always enjoy our meals on the lanai. Check in/out is easy.

The condo location was perfect. You could see surfers from the balcony and it was a short walk to restaurants and shops. Everything in the apartment was functional, so we had a great stay. Light sleepers, you can hear some road noise in the bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance to downtown. We loved the view of the water and sunset from our lanai. It was not the most modern but everything worked.
