close to shops,restaurants,clean and updated kitchen,the only negative is no elevator,its difficult to carry several luggages to the unit on the 3rd floor,overall the property is convenient and homey!
Very easy check in. Lovely people in the complex. Nice apartment with nicely stocked kitchen. They even had a rice cooker!The only downside was it was too warm upstairs for my daughter to sleep. She ended up on the sofa for the duration. Also, please include more toilet paper!
It was a wonderful first time in Kona we had a blast brought the family for my daughters high school graduation trip and this place was great near a lot of stuff within walking distance very good communication with the host great place
Easy check-in process, lovely location, within walking distance of the tourist area and Magic Sands.
We loved the location ! Walking distance to market and beach. Could have been stocked better with staple foods coffee, spices etc...
We had difficulty sleeping in the unit due to the street noise. Sirens and loud, racing cars and motorbikes were very loud in the unit at night when we tried to sleep. The unit was also difficult to cool. Located in a very walkable location however we did not feel safe walking after dark due to a large number of street people doing drugs and asking for money in the area. The unit was well outfitted with beach gear and we appreciated the amenities of the unit. The unit appears quite dated and had stains on the carpeting and a broken closet door leaning against the main hall closet. The management company was excellent and responded quickly to all queries.
Would definately stay here again. Exceeded expectations.

Very clean, tons of great amenities, convenient location and perfect for a family of 4 (or more, we found an air mattress) Great size kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms.
Our stay was great! The location was perfect! You’re right in the downtown area and walking distance to everything you need! The pool was a bonus and the place had everything you needed to for a wonderful stay.
Good location, can walk to the main drag in 5 mins. Great pool/hot tub, BBQ area! No problems!
Overall we had a nice stay in Kona. The property had a few helpful extras such as snorkels and flippers and beach towels and chairs to use. The kitchen was adequately equipped too. Our teens opted to have one sleep on the couch with the other in the double bed upstairs.
Short walk to the beach & shops.
Lovely coffee shop just up the hill before the highway.

The condo was a great size and roomy.
Cabinets in the kitchen are high , yet stool is provided
The upstairs room gets warm , and the window upstairs has no covering, so early morning light.
The upstairs is semi private and really comfortable
The master had a nice king bed , yet mattress covers are needed.
Many towel provided, beach gear, chairs etc etc, which was awesome
Everything provided in the kitchen , appliances including washer and dryer were excellent
10 min wal to Allii drive, down hill
20 min walk up hill to safeway/ walmart.
It is on the third floor , no problem unless heavy loads of luggage
Parking spot is provided
we decided to rent a car the full two weeks , everything is up hill in Kona
i must say this was the cleanest rental we have had , hats off to the cleaning staff!
Essentials were provided i.e tp / paper towel etc
Pool was nice
Would definitely stay here again
