This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a sunset view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor west facing, located at Kihei Bay Surf. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come onshore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view is of the West Maui Mt.'s, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.

Property was very clean, easy check in and out, and as described. Property is older but has a nice pool and hot tub. Condo was very well equipped and modern. Can’t speak much about beach itself as we got here right after a storm and beach was washed out as well as road in front of beach. However, I imagine it’s quite nice normally and only one minute away. Overall a very nice condo at a reasonable price.

Everything about this condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. The unit was clean, kitchen had all the necessities, and the location is literally across the street from the turtle reserve. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio everyday, was able to take a run on the beach, and get the nice breeze. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, even though it’s the middle of December! We took advantage of the beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards too! The owner, Kevin, was super responsive and kept the lines of communication open! Everything was super easy and would highly recommend this unit.

Since the day we book the apartment, Kevin started to communicate with us to the point I felt I knew the area before going. He was really good communicating the rules and also telling us of good places to visit nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

This was in walking distance to the beach.
We enjoyed the patio and the property manager gave us information about many aspects of Maui.
There were many things at the property that made our trip good. Everyday things that we needed.
We loved our stay!
Wish we stayed longer.

This is about the only VRBO or rental that I honestly can say I had no complaints. It was clean, comfortable, as advertised, had a well/stocked kitchen, a good bed and futon, a good tv with Netflix, etc accessibility, a good shower, and 2 coffee makers, one a Keurig. Kevin was terrific about communicating, very responsive, and helpful with ideas and information. Also, nice pool and hot tub, though we didn’t even get to them, being so busy doing other adventures.
