We had a great stay and loved this condo! It was very comfortable and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and the complex was quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely book it again.
Owner was helpful and the communication was good. The property is quiet and we were often the only ones at the pool. My only complaint is the condo needs to be updated. There is duct tape on the dishwasher, screen door and flooring. The dishwasher and furniture need to be replaced. u want the dishes clean
The property is in a great location, close to the pool. Kitchen was well equiped. Very spacious condo.
We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great for getting to beaches and it wasn't a super long drive to Kona or Hilo. The property had lots of little touches that we appreciated like boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and cooking seasoning. It's the little things that help! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would recommend!
We have stayed several times at this property and have always enjoyed it. Clean and comfortable. Owner/local property manager always available if any issue.
We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The unit is close to pool and golf club. Nice short walk to village with grocery store and restaurants. Loved the complex and that the unit was on the ground level. The large bedroom with high ceiling was the great. The pictures are definitely not up to date. The furniture needs replacing. The setup is odd with tv where bar stools should be. TV sticks up beyond top of counter and had to be wiped down when we arrived due to finger prints all over it. The cupboards all needed to be cleaned and organized. Games were all dumped into two big drawers in coffee table. I sorted out about 10 decks of cards. Kitchen needs organization and purging. We had to buy a fry pan and a knife because they were so bad. The bathroom rugs really need to be replaced. One fan didn’t work when we arrived and then the bedroom ceiling fan stopped working. Maintenance came to fix but were unable. They put a new washer and dryer in while we were there which was nice once they were done. I would stay again but with lower expectations.
Nice and quiet. Nice location for traveling to the Hilo side. But the large ceiling fan did not work and lots of sand bags was very concern in the front entry.
The condo was in great shape and the back lanai is a perfect spot to eat meals. The beach equipment was a 10/10, it had everything. The location is the best part, you are just 20 minutes from the best beaches on the big island.
We enjoyed the property for half a month. Though some of the ceiling fan motors were needing change, the portable fans made up for it.

Overall great place to stay especially with a family. A good clean location with a grocery store nearby. The only complaint is that the couch bed mattress is not good, better to sleep on the couch itself. Other than that it was great, would stay here again.

Back to the Big Island again and staying at the Waikoloa Villas. Love staying at this property. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo and were not disappointed. The unit has had some recent renovations and was well stocked with all you need including beach gear. Would return again!

Paul was super easy to correspond with, and the property was clean, easy to get to, and had the amenities we needed.
We stayed for 8 nights in August to attend my sister’s wedding. The condo was wonderful and exactly as portrayed in the VRBO website. The location was perfect for us, close to my mom’s house and close to the rest of the family’s condo’s too. Waikoloa Village has a grocery store super close to the condo, an easy walk. It’s also centrally located to visit most of the other areas of the island. We had a great time here and would definitely rent from Paul again.
The location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the SIZE of the condo were much better than we are used to... there kitchen was amazing and the master bedroom -- whew! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.
This was the third time we have stayed at this condo in Waikoloa Village and it just keeps getting better.
The kitchen has recently been remodeled and has everything one needs to cook if desired.
The condo is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated.
The owner is very thorough and checking in was a breeze. The property manager is available if any questions or problems arise.
The condo is conveniently located between both of the pools and hot tubs at the complex, which we enjoyed daily.
Not so wild turkeys frequent the area and are fun to watch.
We hated to leave and look forward to staying here again.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we really like it in every aspect. It’s a great location, roomy, very clean and easy to just relax in.
The on-location property manager was easily accessible for a few small Issues like tv remotes, etc.
Will definitely stay here again.
