We are renting the unit at this time, in accordance with the Governor's rules of vacation rentals. The pool area is now open again. Please be aware of the travel restrictions when coming to Hawaii. We are keeping 1 day between renters in order to make sure we are as safe as possible.
Extensive renovations to the unit. It is gorgeous! New tile floors, fresh paint and baseboards, updated light fixtures and ceiling fans. Have a look at the videos to see each room in detail.
Quiet 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at the beautiful Royal Kahili. Unit is in the rear of the building, so you don't hear Alii Drive, just the ocean and the birds. This is one of few units in the building that does not require any stairs to access it. New teak lanai furniture. WiFi, Direct TV, flat screen TV, DVR/VHS player included. New California King bed in the master bedroom; two new twins in the 2nd bedroom. New fridge and washer/dryer. Coffee and espresso makers in the kitchen. Renovated kitchen. Updated master bath with tile and glass block walk-in shower. Updated guest bath with new shower stall. New tile floors throughout, fresh paint and colors in every room.

Ed was great to work with right from the start. Quick to respond to communications and always very friendly. The condo was easy to find, right off Alii Drive. Condo was close to parking spot, 3rd floor but elevator was steps away from parking and front door to condo.
Condo was very clean, well laid out and had so many bonuses in small necessities. The beds were comfortable and the AC was amazing when we needed it. We would stay here again and also recommend to friends and family if they travel to the big island.

Elevator was out of order. It appeared to not have been functioning for some time. Loud maintenance in morning in downstairs condo. Place was fine otherwise.

My sister and I enjoyed staying at this condo. It had the best supplies and spices of any condo rental. The nearby beaches were not swimmer friendly w rocks and huge waves.
Blackout, earthquake, and eruption in 2 days of 4-wk stay. Owner was helpful and professional, which we appreciated. Delighted that could stay later than checkout on final day. Thank you!

Other than the loud construction going on, which was no fault to the owner, I loved the place, it was convenient to the beach and even the property growns and pool was very nicely kept.

We stayed during the very busy Ironman week. The condo was in an excellent location- within easy reach of Kona and of course the Ironman run went straight past the condo. It was also a quiet location and super close to some great beaches, and the parking space was ideal. The condo was really clean and well equipped. Ed, the host was super nice and very responsive. Fully recommend!

Ed was great. Checked in with us and restocked items like laundry detergent if we needed it. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use. The condo was located in a nice location. Great experience!
