The photos on the listing do not do this place justice. Every room has a breathtaking view of the ocean. During our stay we discovered that Turtle Cave is located directly below our unit via short trail located between buildings 4 & 5 -- well worth the hike down! Hideaway Beach was a short drive away and we were lucky to get parking in the beach access lot. The walk to Queen's Bath is about 20-25 minutes each way, but there is also a small parking lot there. Foodland is also nearby so it was very convenient. Hanalei is only about 12 minutes down the hill via car. The unit was quiet and had all of the amenities we needed to cook meals. No A/C but the ocean breeze kept things cool enough. Property Manager was very responsive. Parking and access was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Aloha & Mahalo.
This condo has stunning northerly views of the Pacific! Overlooking Turtle Cove/Cave, we could see turtles in the water from the balcony. The hike down to the cove and cave is a bit treacherous but worth it, so beautiful!Tge condo is conveniently located near all activities on the north shore. We hope to return soon!
We had an amazing stay at this ocean-view property! The view was absolutely stunning, waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The beds were super comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting. You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Princeville, Kauai.
House was just as listed. Gorgeous location and unit is updated and has great kitchen. Very clean. Very comfortable for two couples.
The setting and location was perfect. Crashing waves offered us lullabies nightly and were a pleasure to wake up to each morning. The unit had everything we needed for a top-notch stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
I struggle with letting people know how great this Vrbo was because I hope it will be available to rent again. The views are unreal, better than the pictures show. The breezes, ocean smells & sounds are so relaxing. We could see the stars so clearly every night . The condo had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioners. There were extra condiments. Beach chairs, beach towels. We spent more time in the condo than we originally planned because we loved it so much. I have a bad back but the beds were extremely comfortable. We were in Kona 5 days then Kauai 7 and we both agreed this condo was the best part of our trip. Mahalo
Our trip here was beautiful! The condo was in pristine condition with great views of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. The island is easy to navigate and we were able to take in many interesting sights. Would definitely recommend.
Property was easy to get to and parking was never an issue, plenty of spaces available. Kudos to whomever cleans the windows. At first it looks likes there are no windows at all they’re so clean and clear. We missed air conditioning, but it does cool down nicely in the evening and the high floor has a nice breeze. There was lots of room and we took advantage of the in room washer and dryer. Bed was very comfortable, though pillows need replaced. I would certainly recommend this place if you want a spot with a view. You do have to drive to a different location if you want a sandy beach. We did go down to the Turtle cave and there were 4 large sea turtles there. Be warned! When that trail gets wet it’s very dangerous and slippery.
Great top floor corner location. Alii Kai is a great place to enjoy the North Shore.
This ocean front, top level two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation is truly special! With its elegant decor, spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, and great location to many attractions on the North Shore this makes a wonderful stay for activities, good eating, and relaxing. Ah, and do remember the gorgeous views of the ocean that surround you!
Exceptional views and spacious rooms. Worked well for two couples. Did not know there was only one tv in the whole unit ? Swimming pool was said to be heated but was not at all ?
