Amenities and cleanliness were lacking (4 bath towels and only 2 washcloths for several people for the entire stay) soap container was empty in master bath. Bath rug was visually dirty and didn’t appear washed between visitors. No kitchen hand towel. Moldy shower curtain (my husband had to cut off the bottom of the plastic shower curtain or I wouldn’t shower. Fans are available but they were filled with dust so I’d rather not use. Nice central location.

Very welcoming and helpful. Safe and central location that works well for two friends or small family on a budget. Everything was just as described. Could use some updated beach accessories but notified host and felt like host went above and beyond to address my minor concern. Would recommend as this was also recommended to me by another friend who had used it before. I would say that Kapa’a can have some traffic but I still would stay in this great location with free parking if you have a rental car.Everything was very easy to get to

Overall, it’s a great stay. The host is kind and responsive. The location of this listing is also great since it’s close to everything. The beach stuff that the host left on the balcony is useful. I would recommend this place to my friends if they ever come to Kauai. There is also a very friendly cat that hangs around here. We had a great time :)
The location is awesome, just a few minute walk to the beach and located next to a grocery store! Great location if you want to check out the North and South shores because it is right in the middle of everything! Close to Lydgate Beach which was my daughter’s favorite beach! Would highly recommend!
It was the perfect setting. Close to shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to a beach where we watch the sunset and sunrise a couple times. We drove and down the island and it was all easy. The host was super responsive and we were comfortable. We hope this place is available when we return to Kauai.
It was our first time in Kauai and this condo was in the perfect location! We took sunrise walks and ran along the path way right outside the condo! Also took a night stroll to star gaze at night it was amazing! The condo is located in the middle of everything. A short drive south to Poipu Beach and also not too far to drive north to Hanalei. Having 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bath for our family of 4 was just right. The living room was spacious & comfy for relaxing and watching TV. We sat outside on the lanai enjoying breakfast and coffee a few mornings too. The only improvement I would recommend is to update the beach chairs they were rusted and out dated. Also the shower curtain was moldy. The dresser drawers were flimsy, but the closet had enough space to accommodate our clothes. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small touches like coffee, spices, salt and pepper already in the kitchen to use for cooking. Beach towels were also provided and useful since we went to the beach everyday. We love Kauai and would definitely stay here again!
Had a good time checking out Kapaa and surrounding area. Easy access to town and shops/restaurants. Condo was as described.
Great location. Instead of walking down the path to the beach take a right when leaving the area and go one street over. Less steep and swimmable. It’s Hawaii so we were really only there to eat breakfast and sleep. And speaking of sleeping, the prohibition against air conditioning IS an issue especially if you have any respiratory issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and comfortable amenities. The shore is 5 min away and we loved early morning walks. This property has everything for a perfect stay.

Great location for shopping and drive to anywhere on the island. Wonderful sunrises in a few minutes away.Be aware of no AC and annoying roasters since windows can’t be closed tight.
Came to celebrate BIL marriage. Place matched the description! Was super close to the beach and places to shop and eat! Location is great to go to the north and south side of the island easily!!
Doesn’t get much better for the price. No AC but the fans worked well. As good as it gets for the price, highly recommend!!!

Place was exactly what we were looking for. In the middle point of the island so we could either go north or south for the day. Check in process was smooth. Only hiccup was the listed WiFi info was outdated. Communication was smooth to help resolve. Would look to stay here again when we come back to this wonderful island.

Cozy space minutes from the beach which was what we were looking for. Perfect to brew our coffee and walk to enjoy the sunrise each day. Great location as it was easy to get to both shores. Stores and restaurants within walking distance too

Great price, great location, sufficient for 4 persons. Roosters were a little annoying, but you get used to them. Our Luau was only a block to the south. Great biking or hiking trail along the coast.
There was a bit of confusion about in app check in directions, but was figured out quickly. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. Being from Ohio, and it was winter, I usually have problems without AC in warmer temps. The breezes thru the windows was perfect to keep the place cool and comfortable. The provided fans did the trick without needing the "ice" features. Clean, well equipped. Very homey. The only down side was the tub in the bathroom drains very slowly leaving you ankle deep in water. I would recommend this stay for anyone, and would happily stay there again.
Great location. Clean and quiet. Great communication with Donna. Appreciate the late checkout for a 9 pm flight! Would definitely recommend unless you are looking for a pool on site but you can see, hear, and walk to the ocean so… Good value and the use of beach chairs and coolers was appreciated!
We had a great stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. You even have some ocean views from the balcony. The location is good for exploring Kauai. There are shopping facilities nearby. We even saw a large seal on the beach nearby on our first night. Mahalo and see you next time!
The location was fantastic, close to many shops/restaurants/downtown Kapa’a. Donna was able to accommodate our changed arrival time and communication went smoothly. My only critique was that the arctic cooling unit in our room was broken so the nights were very warm but there were plenty of fans otherwise. Overall, for the price I would say this stay was well worth it!
