One of the most convenient locations on Kauai. One of only 6 top-floor units on the ocean side of the complex. Remodeled and fresh.
Restaurants, 9 mile coastal biking/walking path, and sunning beach are all within a few short steps. We recommend swimming only at lifeguard protected beaches. The beach directly in front has no lifeguard.
This second floor (top floor) unit has two lanais. Each has seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and slight ocean view. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out toward the ocean and a greenbelt with the walking/jogging path behind a 6' wall.
We have two artic cooling units in the bedrooms. You need to add ice cubes to keep the temperature cooler. The association will not allow air-conditioning.

A shared laundry facility is on the property. A code to enter is required. Free parking is steps from the front door. Guest parking is readily available. There is no resort fee. Some beach equipment is available for use.
This is one of the few locations that guests can enjoy without a car. There is a bus stop within one block from unit. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. High end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (150 yards). There is a small resort on the ocean front.

The place was a great value. The only complaint is thin walls, we hear some arguing neighbors, baby crying and of course the roosters crowing, sometimes even at 1am. Otherwise, place was clean, beds were comfortable, shower worked, no complaints.

I will start by saying this was a cute place, a good size for two people and may try to rent again next year. Just a few things that could have been helpful. The shower drain was not covered, which is where I believe the biggest cockroach I have ever seen came from. The paperwork said there would be extra batteries which we didn't find when we had issues with the tv remote. The couch was torn, didn't want to sit on it and have it tear more. The curtains were moldy which caused a lot of allergy issues and a swiffer would be helpful to keep the floors clean during our stay.

The location was wonderful, right by a great bike trail on the beach and very central to everywhere on the island. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and tastefully updated, but some deep cleaning does need to be addressed - the curtains and fans need a good scrub. Regarding the lack of ac- I DID know about this before booking, but was not expecting it to be so hot in October. It was about 85 degrees inside the apartment when we arrived, with the windows open. The owner has said that they are not allowed to install ac, so this is not something they can fix unfortunately, but it is definitely something to be aware of before booking. They do provide arctic coolers which do a good job cooling if you sit directly in front of them, but it's not going to cool the entire room. The owner also was very responsive and brought us a brand new arctic cooler when I called to let them know that one of them was not working. I was much more comfortable after that as the new cooler was much better at cooling. So I really appreciate the extra effort!

This is a clean and adequate 2nd floor condo with everything we needed including many extras we didn't use. The stove and refrigerator are small but adequate. There are many beach "extras" to use. The 2 bedrooms include closet space and a dresser for clothes. The 1 1/2 bath is up to date and clean. Laundry room is across the parking lot, but costs extra (we did not use). The beach nearby is good to watch the sun rise and stick your toes in the water, but you have to travel further down the path to get to the swimming area in front of the resort. The best thing about this property is the LOCATION! Anywhere on the island is easily accessible from here. There are many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Other than Lihu'e, this is probably the biggest town on the island. This area is more "local" than Princeville. We considered staying in Princeville and am glad we chose here instead. If you are looking for the "resort" type of experience, this is not it. This is where you will find shorts, t-shirts, and sandals wearing people. No need to dress up.

Enjoyed our stay! No complaints about anything. Definitely use the fans if it’s been hot, they make the rooms nice and cool.

We had a great long weekend staying at this unit. In a great location. A short walk to the beach via great paved walking/bike trail. Walking distance to Kenji a yummy burger stop. Always a spot to park our rental car in front of the bldg. Decent little kitchen for our morning coffee and breakfast.

My adult son and I loved this cute condo. We were greeted daily by a friendly calico cat who would sleep on our front lanai. Thank you for an abundance of hangers! We had plenty of bath towels, but could have used more wash cloths and hand towels. This condo was very clean and well kept. With the louvered windows in the bedrooms and half bath and front & back doors open we had a nice cross breeze. The overhead fans in both bedrooms and the living room also helped. The beds were comfortable. There were large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. A good number of spices plus salt and pepper were present. There was no cling wrap or aluminum, but we picked up a box of gallon sized Ziploc bags and left the remainder of the box for the next tenants. All in all we LOVED this place and highly recommend it.
