Decorated island style! We are located across the street from the Polynesian Culture Center - a perfect location. Secluded from the street, traffic and noise, quiet beachfront property. You can visit the Center, BYU, or the Mormon Church. A private beach in the front awaits you (no public beach access)

****FYI, watch out for places just 3-5 miles south of us, (Hauula,, Punalu'u) are TWO challenging areas. We are in a safe area. Prices may be less, but the area is entirely different from LAIE. No major, busy highway to cross to get to the sandy beach. No property crime. Laie is VERY NICE. Access to stores, shops, and best of all SAFE, especially for children****

Two bedrooms are separated from the master wing by the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Great location on the windward side of the island. Always cool with wonderful ocean breezes. Air conditioning. Corporations welcome. The property is gated and fenced. Marked No Trespassing - Private Property, SORRY NO PETS

Polynesian Cultural Center across the street. The Kuilima Gold Course at Turtle Bay Resort is ten minutes by car. This is Hawaii's only 36-hole golf facility featuring an 18-hole Arnold Palmer course.

The house is Beachfront and due to the 'washing' away of the front lot, there's now a private cove, sandy beach. Entry is down a few private steps. Right out the front, enjoy the beach. There's world-famous surfing as well as Sunset, Pipeline, and Waimea surf beaches nearby. You can surf here, but you have smaller waves.

There are hiking trails through the coastal mountain. All services are only minutes from the house including groceries, video rental, pizza, medical, etc.

Victoria has the most thoughtful home for rent and it’s fillled with everything a family would need. On top it she is very kind and generous. We loved 🥰 our stay! And what a gorgeous location with perfect beach for kiddos in the backyard.

Overall this was a good stay. I will say - great location and very private beach (great for kids as the rocks calmed the rough waves - common for winter in Hawaii on this side of the island). Many food + grocery stores nearby, just be aware of the earlier closing times on this side of the island. Victoria was very nice and responsive - she even gave us a little wedding gift which was so nice! If you’re looking for a quiet and secluded stay, however this may not be for you as Victoria made it a point to personally check in everyday of our stay and came into the beach house a couple times during our stay to fix and get things. This didn’t bother us too much but would have appreciated the communication styles before hand as she made her presence very known to us.

I was born and raised on the island but been in the mainland for 25 years. Our Ohana makes it a point to do annual trips back home during Thanksgiving and this was the first time we decided to stay on the Windward side. Vicky was very accommodating and her home was beautiful. As a family this trip was one for the books and it had a lot to do with this beautiful La’ie home! Vicky had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We had our own private entry to the beach, the sunrises were beautiful! Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants and even food trucks within a 2 mile radios from the home. All the amenities you would ever need for a quiet beach house. Thank you Vicky! After sharing pics of our stay in our temporary home on social media the positive comments, friends asking about the home and thinking of renting it on their next trip to Oahu was overwhelming.

The yellow house was great. We had 5 adults, 2 couples and a single person and this house worked great. It’s quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful and pretty much all to ourselves in November. It’s in a Mormon area, so no liquor stores or bars. The closest for alcohol is at Turtle Bay or buy it before you get to the area. The house was clean, worn but clean and cozy.
