The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and bathroom with a large free-standing shower and vanity. A separate living space includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, dining area, HD flat screen TV featuring HGV's In-Room TV Experience that allows content streaming from your mobile devices, full kitchen (no oven; two burner stove) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as an in-room safe and washer/dryer.
At Kings’ Land you’ll find resort-style amenities you’ll love. Free self-parking, free WiFi, an outdoor pool, fitness center, an on-site restaurant, concierge service, and EV charging are all included. Guests also enjoy special perks like access to Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities and a shuttle there, cultural activities, fitness programs, and more.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. There’s a $250 credit card pre-authorization required at check-in for incidentals. The property is non-smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes), pets are not allowed (service animals welcome), and a lodging/tax fee will be applied by the State of Hawaii. Free self-parking is available; valet is not offered.

- For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle is available between the resort and Hilton Waikoloa Village from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
- Consider renting a car during your stay. Parking is complimentary at all Hilton Grand Vacations properties throughout Waikoloa.
- Should you need more time at the resort before your scheduled departure, you may reserve a hospitality suite for one-hour intervals on the last day of your stay.
- Most departing flights from Kailua Kona leave in the evening. We recommend booking an extra day’s stay at the resort to maximize your time on the Big Island.
