Welcome to our island home-away-from-home! The Big Island is a truly special place with something for everyone – from beaches to walks and hikes to water activities, golf, shopping, and sight-seeing.
Waikoloa Beach Villas is adjacent to the Queens and Kings Shops for easy access to shopping, dining, groceries, cinema, coffee, etc. Our Unit C2 is conveniently located steps away from one of the two beautiful, heated lagoon-style pools. And it’s an easy 12-15 minute walk to one of the Big Island’s most beautiful beaches, ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay!
The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkels, fins, beach/pool toys, and even a Stand-Up Paddle Board – all for your use while you stay with us.
Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The open concept floor plan leads into the comfortable living room with flat-screen cable TV and queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is the private lanai – perfect for eating outside or just relaxing in the beautiful weather.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen cable TV, and a beautiful en suite master bath with walk-in closet, soaker tub, and tile shower.
The second bedroom can be set up with two Twin XL beds OR with one King bed. Just let us know what you prefer when you book and it will be set for you! The bedroom also has flat-screen cable TV.
The one-car garage is available for convenient parking and contains all of the beach gear.

Great location within walking distance of the Queens Marketplace and King’s shops and 15 minute drive to Hāpuna Beach. The kids enjoyed the pool within the complex. The unit was well equipped and was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Lovely property. The property manager put our minds at ease well before we boarded a plane with all the details and information. The listing doesn't detail just high high and spacious the ceiling is. Only downfall of our stay was that the air conditioning unit was broke and not able to turn on the entire stay. It was hot!! But Stacy brought two free standing fans to help. The thought was appreciated.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was very nice! Pool was very close and had a rock water fall. Also had nice hot tub. There was an outdoor shopping center across the street called Queen’s Market-including a grocery store, shopping, restaurants. Highly recommend!

We’ve been to a number of units at Waikoloa Beach Resort and this was one of the best. Great unit, nice heated pool, everyone had a blast. Highly recommended.

Those were the first words my husband said upon entering the unit and ny daughter said, "this is amazing."
The location was perfect for us, across from the conveniences of any shopping one would want or need, walking distance to beach and many lovely trails.
The unit was beautifully set up, with everything you'd want in your own home (kitchen, bathroom, living room items). The bed was very comfortable and the couch was equally comfy. Everything about this home was perfect, and with exceptional little details to highlight the Hawaiian experience, we know this is a place we'll come to again and again.
Thank you so much to the owners of this unit for opening your home to visitors to truly enjoy the Big Island. Thank you to Stacy for direct point of contact, you didn't miss a beat and were always available for us.
From communication to stay and even when we got home, our only regret was not staying longer.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fully furnished and then some, near the pool and shopping centers, but quiet and peaceful. Property manager was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and stay there again, myself!

Originally planned to stay 3 nights, but we were so comfortable we extended our stay for a 4th night. The garage was great and there was also a pass to park in a stall which was helpful when we had a car and rented motorcyles for a day. Location was perfect! We walked across the street to the Queens Shops for breafast at Island Gourmet and to the kings shops for shopping and rentals.. i would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! Also the king bedspread was super comf.

Everything was stocked extremely well. Location was close to dining, shopping and beach. All of the beach items in the garage was a huge plus. Comfortable furniture and beautiful grounds. Great time had by all and will be booking our return soon!

Our second stay; again, such a perfect stay! Wonderfully appointed, clean, and comfortable in a great location. And fantastic communication from the property manager and owner. Couldn't ask for more, which is why we came back!

Great walking distance to all nearby shops and beach. The place was clean, neat, fully stocked, spacious, and there were so many small touches added to make you feel at home. Perfect for a family!
