Recently upgraded in 2024, Kolea 7E is a spacious 3 bedroom vacation rental at Kolea with a nice ocean view over a vacant lot.
As you enter the double entry doors you will be struck by the spaciousness of the great room and the view! The living room is comfortably furnished and features a couch and chairs facing a large wall mounted television. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and features granite counters, a large island, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area features a nice tropical dining table that seats 6.
Large pocket doors open up from the great room the spacious lanai, one of the best features of Kolea condos. The lanai features a lounge area with two chairs and a dining area that seats 4. There is also a Viking grill and wet bar for your use.
On one side of the condo are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted television above a chest of drawers. There is also a seating area. This bedroom features two large windows that look out upon the view. The master bath offers plenty of space and features dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower.
Just across the hall is the second master bedroom. Here you will find a king size bed with bed side tables facing a wall mounted television. There is also a desk area for your use in this room. The attached bathroom offers dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower.
Between the two master bedrooms is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
On the other side of the condo just off the kitchen is the guest bedroom. Here you will find a queen size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted television. The attached bathroom has a vanity with a walk in shower.
****December 2025 update- There is construction going on, on a lot adjacent to building 7. While the noise can be minimal most of the time there are times that it may be a little louder. Due to this, we have already included a 15% discount off the rate if you choose to stay there through October 2026. At that point we will check the status of the construction. The construction is limited from 7-5 Monday through Friday and 8-3 on Saturdays. Although this is the allowed times of work, more than likely all this time there will not be construction going on.
