This condo was everything we needed. Upon arrival, we noticed it was impeccably clean. All of the beds were super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided all of the food basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and many different spices. We had 2 adults and 4 pre-teens in our group so the accommodations worked out great, everyone had ample space. Kids used the bikes a lot as well as the snorkeling equipment. The location could not have been better. We were able to take long walks while enjoying beautiful scenery. In addition, the condo had shopping and food markets within a very short driving distance. We also enjoyed the resort pool, it was very nice. We used the Hilton passes a couple of days too, that was a nice option to have, it was very easy to get to and enjoy. There are many beautiful yet different beaches within 10-20 minutes from the condo that we checked out including Anaehoʻomalu (went there twice), Hapuna (went there twice as well) and Mauna Kea. We drove over to Hilo for the volcano sightseeing excursion and spent the day there, that’s a must. Overall, would highly recommend this condo on the Big Island.
Loved our stay at the Luxury Waikoloa retreat. The property was clean and had everything that we needed to ensure a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had a basic pantry that came in handy. The living room was comfy and the dining room accommodated our family of 5. Loved having 3 bedrooms - our girls were able to share a room with 2 twin beds, grandma got her own room, and my husband and I loved the primary bedroom with attached bathroom (which was huge). Also loved the little balcony off the primary bedroom. It is two stories, but carpeted so I felt better about my mom going up and down stairs (she’s 80). The garage had everything we needed for fun - pool floaties, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Loved the Hilton pool pass perk. The pool on property at Colony is nice too. The location is great - close to the King’s and Queen’s shops. Tons of golf nearby. We hit Costco near the airport for the majority of our groceries and supplemented with fresh fruit from the Waimea Farmer’s market. Communication with the property managers was easy and they responded quickly. Overall, a great stay and we’d stay there again. Thank you!
Being that this was a new listing, we weren't sure what to expect, but we pleasantly surprised with everything that this property had to offer. The support staff were very friendly and responsive. Our family really enjoys the Hilton Waikoloa Village for the kids and the included passes and parking validation worked out great.Tip:Just keep in mind that the pass is "officially" only for 6 people/wrist bands, but hotel didn't seem strict at all. The main place you need the wrist band for is the main water slide, but if you are not planning to use it (older folks or kids under 42inches), you don't really need it to hang out at the pools. Also towels are unlimited so that's not a problem.
