Stay in our condo unit in Pats at Punaluu that’s tastefully furnished with modern interior design with AC, Ocean views and a balcony!
Our unit sleeps 6 guests comfortably; it has 1 queen bed, 1 futon and 1 air mattress.
**Please note that we only have a small AC in the living room. NO AC in the bedroom**
With wifi, cable tv, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free parking for your convenience. We would provide sand toys that you can enjoy too!
The building features an outdoor pool, workout room, and a BBQ area!
Watch the sunrise & enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. Swim with turtles & tropical fish in the reef-protected ocean, monk seals & variety of tropical fish are waiting to be seen as you snorkel right out in front and watch whales in the winter! Enjoy the trade winds year-round.
The property is located at historic Pats at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).
READ BEFORE BOOKING:
*We would like to bring to your attention that the size of the unit being offered is relatively compact. This is primarily due to the high cost of living and rental expenses prevalent in Hawaii. While the unit may be smaller, the experience of living in Hawaii can be immensely rewarding.
*We do have a regular pest company servicing our home, but please note that Hawaii has a tropical climate and there will be occasional flies, geckos and bugs and it's impossible to completely stop.
* A reminder that we only have a small AC in the living room and NO AC in the bedroom
*There could be possible highway noise
*Pool hours is 10am-8pm with a limit of 5 people only
*The bbq grill can be used from 9am-9pm, you will need to bring your own charcoal
*Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in
*Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
*Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.
**For package deliveries, we can not receive mail- we recommend using an amazon locker**
Please read the following house rules:
KEY FOB/PARKING PASS & Damage Deposit: We require a key fob/parking pass and Damage deposit of $200 that will be refunded at the end of your stay given that the fob/parking pass are returned and no damages in the unit. Replacement fees: Key fob $100. Parking pass $50.
PET POLICY: No Pets Allowed.
BEACH SAND: Please make sure that you don't bring sand back to the unit, especially rinsing off in the shower. Any amount of sand should not be going down the drain. Otherwise, there could be a plumbing fee.
BALCONY: No hanging of any clothes or items on the balcony or dusting or shaking off sand over the balcony. Guests will have to cover the violation fee once we receive it from the property manager. Placing items on the chairs is okay.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony and will result in a $750 fine. You must walk to the street to smoke.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check in fee is $50. Accommodation depends on whether there is another guest checking out the same day as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
LATE CHECKOUT: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate if we can. Minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), when available.
NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please no amplified music outdoors in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted with honor to ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event excessive cleaning, repair or replacement is required for amenities and/or furnishings and appliances fees will be applied.
REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in/around the property, guests will be immediately notified. Our handyman/service company will need access inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately.
INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and any additional products must be purchased by the guest.
MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend getting a PO Box for longer stays.
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews or negative reviews will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay given that there are no issues or any damages.
