Entire condo unit

~As a friendly reminder, Maui is a beautiful tropical island and, as such, it has its share of little bug friends :) who may or may not visit you during your stay.

~My HOA association does its best to keep them outside via regularly scheduled pest control. However, from time to time these little bug friends do sneak in so don't be alarmed :)

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK:
The State of Hawaii requires us to collect a General Excise Tax (GET), as well as a Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) on every booking, which are not included in the nightly rate and will be added to the net total.

Below are the tax percentages associated with your stay:

GET = 4.712%
TAT = 13.25%

*** The unit’s convenient location does mean that some noise from the pool & beach go-ers can be heard from the unit, especially with the balcony door open, but the noise level dies down early in the evening.

Other things to note:
4 guests maximum occupancy including children and infants
You must be 25 or older to reserve a stay
No pets allowed

Resort/Property Rules:
~ Quiet Hours: from 10pm to 8am & is enforced by 24-hour security
~ No items to be hung on lanai (balcony)
~ No smoking in unit, lanai or on property as this is a non-smoking property
~ FREE unassigned parking for ONE vehicle per unit
~ Additional vehicle is $35 per stay per HOA

Violation of the property rules can result in additional fees/fines and/or eviction without refund.
1. General Conduct

- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.

- No unregistered guests are allowed.

- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.

- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.

- All cars must have a parking permit. Register via the office in building 1 or after hours with security.


2. Property Care

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the house. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.

- Please note, I am not liable for any of your items left in the unit after check-out. Please make sure you take everything that you came with.

- Please utilize showers at beach areas or use the showers to the RIGHT of each pool entrance on the property to rise off sand prior to entering the condo.

3. Pet Policy:

- No Pets Allowed: Please note that we do not cater any pets in the property.

- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.

We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present. We update our guests on any possibility of an earlier check-in!
