This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during the season, or take in a Maui sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco to a mesmerizing Maui sunset!

The living area is perfectly appointed with beautiful furnishings and a comfy queen sofa sleeper to relax while watching a show on the large flat-screen TV. This unit can accommodate up to six. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need, providing indoor dining for six with ocean views!

The Beachfront primary suite is located right off the living area with a King bed and luxurious linens. There is no divider from the living room area. Stunning ocean views and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. The en-suite bath offers a luxurious walk-in shower and large vanity.

The Guest suite is very spacious with a King bed, luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, and an en-suite shower/bath combo and a large vanity.

For added convenience, complimentary high-speed internet with WiFi in the living area and guest suite, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. This condo stays cool via ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. On those days without a cool breeze, three Split AC units keep this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long. Mana Kai 508 offers the perfect Beachfront Resort Vacation! The resort atmosphere includes Beachfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area.

We loved waking up and going to bed here. Morning, swims, and evening walks made this stay unforgettable. We saw turtles in the bay and gorgeous sunsets. It was also a great central jumping off point for all the things we wanted to do in Maui from visiting Haleakala, la Perouse Bay, and easily getting to and from the airport.

Great location, fabulous view. Clean. Great amenities.Primary bedroom had no soundproofing from the parking lot. This was the only significant negative. Staff very friendly and helpful. Access to beach and sitting was great. 808 store on location was very convenient.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Most of the frying pans were heavily scratched, and it made it hard to clean up after cooking. Otherwise, the Condo had most of what you would want in the kitchen.The curtain in the guest bedroom near the walkway was transparent enough that you didn’t have good privacy. We had to always keep the light off when changing clothes at night.Communication with the property manager, Coldwell Banker was often difficult. They said they were very busy. On the day prior to discharge we requested a one hour late check out and never heard back. We tried to rent the condo again for next year and it took them four or five days to respond. Due to lack of response, we ended up renting a different condo.Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would return.

This was our second time at this location but the first in this unit. The location is fantastic. Right above the beach looking south towards Wailea. There are turtles and fish in snorkeling range just off the beach. Overall it was a great place to visit.

we have stayed at the Mana Kai
several times over the past 10 years . In our other rental experiences ( all the same
floor plan) — there is one separate room with a
bathroom . The separate room has always had a water view — this one has a bit of a view and a
wall — not what we expected . we have always had some sort of wall divider / screen that separated the king bed from the living room/kitchen for privacy . Our grown children & their partners use the king bed and the
pull out couch with no privacy . This was really frustrating. the manager was SUPER understanding and
helpful . He
tried to find
up
a
portable screen to separate the bed and make it a TWo bedroom . this unit is a
one
bedroom ( private ) with a king bed and a
couch bed in the living
area / kitchen .
This is ok if
you need no privacy . we were disappointed. the view is beautiful. we were not told there would be construction . As a matter of fact , I called and they said there would be No construction that week . We had jjackhammers during the day 2
floors below our room and they were LOUD.
we will stay at the Mana Kai after
the new
restaurant is
complete and there is no construction and only rent a room with a
divider . Again , the manager was wonderful as was
the view .

This place has it all. The location and view are astounding. Great beach and snorkeling right outside. Easy parking. Other attractions are beaches are a short drive away. General store is super convenient.

The unit is clean comfortable and well-stocked. The only downside is the mattress in the master bedroom. You feel like you're sinking every time you lie down... I've never slept on a less-supportive mattress in my life. The mattress in the living room / bedroom 2 is much more comfortable.

The rest of the unit is pretty much perfect. Don't hesitate to book!
