ALOHA! There were some issues at first but most were handled quite quickly, thanks to Mele and Josh. Could use some additional furniture for clothes and comfort. Kitchen is well equipped. Showers are good. Beds are comfortable. I think requests made during our stay will benefit future guests. Do not plan on sleeping late as birds, gardeners and golf course maintenance is ongoing. Kona wakes up with sunrise at 6:30! But a great location and wonderful residential neighbours. Close to shopping (can walk). We did feel at home and hope to return! The sunsets ARE spectacular. Not a full ocean view. It is beyond the golf course and over roofs. Serene most of the time on the totally shaded lanai, unless work being done. Watch out for golf balls! Mahalo.. of quite quickly. We had a fabulous day at this condo. It was roomy and conveniently located. It was super clean with the best equipped kitchen that we’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to air-conditioning. We wish the table and chairs inside were a little comfier, but the outside chair is more than made up for it. We would happily stay there again.

The condo is on the ground floor close to the parking lot, but was super quiet and we never heard cars or neighbors. Just a few golfers coming by on their golf carts. The condo is technically a one bedroom, but with the murphy bed and the folding wall, it provides the privacy and comfort of a 2 bedroom. Loved having a grocery store in walking distance, we just bought what we needed day-by-day and had very little leftover. Big negative is the lack of a door for the master bedroom bathroom. Such an annoying design choice. Depending on what your plans are, it's a bit out of the way. We spent little time exploring Kona in the evening since it seemed so far away.
