DO NOT STAY HERE. I saw cockroaches within minutes of checking in. There were also signs of bed bugs as the bed linens were extremely stained. The property manager did nothing to provide a refund or rectify the situation. Therefore I had to fully pay for this unit as well as the new place I had to move to in order to avoid the uncleanliness, bed bugs, and cockroaches. Terrible management company with policies that do not consider the quality of stay for their guests. As soon as I walked into the unit it was clear the pictures made it look much nicer than it is. The whole place is very run down and was not cleaned properly as there were chips, dead bugs, and safety pins that were found on the ground. I put my phone down on a side table and when I picked it up there was dust all over it. When I turned on the fan, dust blew out all over the room. Avoid this place at all costs so you can avoid the nightmare I experienced with the unit and the very unpleasant property manager.

We came to Kauai for my husband‘s 65th birthday. The property is in beautiful shape. The condo was exceptionally clean. Everything you needed was supplied. The location was excellent. Can walk to the beach ,restaurants shopping centers .we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

One of the best units I have stayed in at the Prince Kuhio. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very spacious.Please note for some strange reason there are two similar but not synonymous naming systems for the units at the prince kuhio. The unit we rented is right around the corner from another unit with a very similar name. This caused some confusion when we checked in.
