Beautiful property and awesome pool. The pool wasn’t open the first day and it was the last two days and we were so happy about it. For a condo type pool it was extra big. It was also warm. The property owner provided beach towels which were appreciated.
I was hot the first night as there is no A/C. I contacted the host and she let me know the trick to leave the doors open, while locked. That was super helpful as the next night I slept well in a good temperature.
There are cats, ducks and chickens on the grounds.
This place is conveniently located close to Ola’s and an excellent ramen place.
It is also decently close to Kula shaved ice and other fun places to visit in Hilo.
Would definitely recommend and also would love to make a return stay.
Would love more places to hang towels.

I loved my stay at this adorable, comfortable unit in Hilo. It's in a great location with a pool perfect for short laps or play time for the kids. Vivian is a spot-on communicator. I had all the details I needed to check in and out easily. As a bonus, I had a great view of the 4th fireworks from the parking lot. Also, everyone in the complex was super nice.
