    1. NO EVENTS or loud parties. Please respect our neighbors.
    2. Number of guests on reservation is maximum number of guests allowed at any time on the property. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED during your stay unless approved prior to your arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    3. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am unless noted otherwise
    4. No glass in pool area
    5. No unsupervised children in pool area (spa area)
    6. Please be respectful of neighbors, and keep noise levels down
    7. Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am., during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
    8. Sound that is audible beyond the boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would b otherwise associated with a residential area.
    9. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area.
    10. The short term vacation rental shall not be used for commercial purposes.
    11. Please use AC sparingly, electric is expensive in Hawaii
    12. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
    13. no smoking anywhere on the property

    The house was immaculate, I was really impressed. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this house was one of the best. Heated pool, very comfortable beds, games, beach supplies, tvs in every room with all of the streaming services, the works! I would recommend this house to anybody.

    David's property was beautiful and convenient for my Ironman race in Kona. We loved our stay there!
