    At the center of the home lies a private open-air in-ground pool, surrounded by shared spaces designed for leisure and connection: a billiard room for evenings of entertainment, a formal sitting area for tranquil moments, a gourmet kitchen and bar for culinary exploration, a spacious dining room for communal meals, and a cozy TV room for relaxation.
