    The newly renovated multi-level luxury estate between Kaneohe and Kailua offers a shared living experience that is second to none. With its location overlooking the Kaneohe Bay Yacht Club and easy access to the H3 freeway, this fully furnished 5,400 sq. ft. home features a private pool, communal spaces for leisure and socializing, and individual units with private bathrooms.

    At the heart of the home is a private open-air pool, surrounded by shared spaces designed for relaxation and connection. These include a billiards room, a formal sitting area, a gourmet kitchen and bar, a spacious dining room, and a cozy TV room. The expansive upper lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and yacht club, making it an ideal place to unwind. The home also features an in-garage washer/dryer and ample street parking for convenience. Each private unit has its bathroom, and utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet) are included in the monthly rate of $150 per person.

    Double Bay View Oasis. This spacious 600 sq. ft. suite offers two private, air-conditioned rooms, each with a keypad entry for added security.
