QUIET yet located 5-10 min walk to beach and Kona restaurants. Corner unit with extra windows and a large wrap around lanai, lovely green space below full of birds to listen to during your morning coffee!


Custom floor to ceiling curtains and sheers, with blackout curtains in the large bedroom. 2 new cold A/Cs located in the living room and bedroom. Comfy king bed and sofa bed with upgraded mattress. Keurig coffee maker and computer/work space. Sparkling clean, no harsh chemicals, we strive to use only natural cleansing products!
Beautiful large pool, and deck, lots of lounge chairs and 4 BBQs.
FREE covered underbuilding parking!

Kona Pacific Condominiums is a very well maintained, clean and desirable complex. Underbuilding parking. 3 elevators. Many long term owners. Pool resurfaced in October 23 and is secure and private.
You can walk to all the old downtown places! There is also a popular Kona Trolley, that runs about a 10mile loop every 1/2 hr. you can take to pharmacies, Grocery store (Safeway), Movie Theatre, other local beaches, restaurants and shops. Other public transportation is not very convenient or doesn't exist, so highly recommend renting a car to get around the rest of the island.
Our parking space is good sized, and located under Building E. Closest access from the parking space to condo is a very short walk to a door that accesses 5 steps up to the 4th floor. From there walk down the hallway and take the elevator up one floor to the 5th floor(our floor). You can directly access all elevators from the pool, visitor parking and parking garages B, C, and D where you can drive up and drop off someone directly in front of the elevator if needed.
Minimum age to rent is 23 yrs old. Children 12yrs and older welcome to stay with an adult
