You can enjoy dining outdoors on the lanai with breathtaking ocean views, overlooking the lush lawns and tropical flora of Poipu Sands. Plus, the convenience of being just steps away from the heated Poipu Sands pool and community barbecue grill adds to the overall appeal.

If you take a short stroll to the east, you'll find yourself on the mile-long white sands of Shipwreck's Beach. This beach is a popular spot for sunbathing, bodysurfing, boogie boarding, and surfing. Additionally, there is the awe-inspiring Mahaulepu Coast Trail along Shipwreck Rock and the renowned Poipu Bay Golf Course, offering picturesque views of Keoniloa Bay and Mahauleupu's coastline. From November to March, Keoniloa Bay becomes a playground for humpback whales, providing a memorable experience.

The maximum occupancy for this vacation home is 4 people. In 2022, the home underwent fresh paint, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling, and received new furniture and artwork. The master suite features a king bed and a 43" cable/streaming-capable TV. The en-suite master bathroom includes double vanity sinks and a combined shower and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, percolating coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

In the living room, you'll find new furnishings and another 43" cable/streaming-capable TV. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The home also offers a convenient half bath with a single vanity, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Ceiling fans are provided in both the living room and master suite for added comfort. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided for your convenience. The WiFi in the home can reach speeds of up to 100 Mbps.

For your beach outings, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a boogie board are available for your use. The home is located on the first floor, making it easily accessible. It is just a 0.2-mile walk to Shipwreck's Beach, allowing you to enjoy the sand and surf with ease.
