Property Description

Enjoy a centrally located condo with the perfect home base for your big island adventure. You are located just six miles from the island's most beautiful beaches along the Kohala Coast where you'll enjoy spectacular snorkeling, swimming, and other ocean activities. You'll love being able to walk to local restaurants, fitness centers, golf courses, and grocery stores.

The unit is located close to the heated pool and hot tub where you'll also find an indoor game room, a fitness center, and a place to rent beach and pool equipment. Assigned parking ensures you a spot close to the unit with a short stairway leading down to the ground floor. Enjoy three furnished lanais waiting for you to enjoy every aspect of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped to get you through the first night. A small basket containing coffee, tea, sugar, instant oatmeal, and small boxes of cereal are provided along with a couple of small containers of water, juice, and milk. You'll find all the necessary kitchen equipment to cook meals, including an assortment of spices and cooking oil. Several new restaurants have opened up in the area, however; so you may choose to give your cooking skills a rest and order out.

We provide basic toiletries and paper products to get you started and an assortment of beach equipment to use during your stay. Please note that this condo does not have an ocean view, but it does have wild turkeys that will probably saunter by to say hello.

Your hosts live locally and are available for as much (or as little) interaction as you desire. Recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and fun activities are available upon request.

We had a great stay here. Nice place we loved that there was 2 bathrooms full bathrooms we could take two showers at the same time, and that the pool was super close. This ground floor unit does have a short set of stairs that go down to the front door. If you enjoy eating breakfast on the lanai you will get a visit from some of the turkeys that roam the property.. The master bedroom mattress was soft. A great stay and we would love to stay here again.

We love staying up in Waikoloa Village and love the Paniolo Greens neighborhood. It is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The condo was clean, exactly as advertised, and had every amenity, beach supply, and kitchen supply/condo supply that you could think of.The owners were very responsive and so extremely helpful prior to our arrival and during our time there.

The condo was very nice. Parking was conveniently located close to the condo. It's close to the gym and pool. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could want. Very nice set up.

Convenient location for north island activities. Nice facility. We did not use pool or other facilities so cannot comment on those. The list of restaurants/food is not very good/thorough. Had to find affordable restaurants close.
