My wife and I have stayed at the fairway villas before, and this is definitely the nicest condo we’ve stayed at. It is a very comfortable space and such a great location on the lawn right by the pool. It was even closer than we expected, which was great. We very much enjoyed our host and stay. Jen was fantastic and gave us all sorts of tips and recommendations for our stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again if we return to this island.

We had a great stay here at L3 in Fairway Villas. The unit itself was wonderful, clean and well-stocked. But, what shines through here is the location! We could walk out of our lanai every morning and we were steps away from the pool and outdoor gym. We also were able to walk easily to the two shopping markets. We had a great family vacation and absolutely fell in love with Fairway Villas. Mahalo to the host and manager for such an easy, hassle free stay!

Hands down, because this property was everything.Took a chance on a property with no reviews, which can be a bit scary. Communications were always very fast, and our minds were put at ease.
Impeccably clean. Very comfortable King bed in the Master. Sat on the full sized beds for a second in the second bedroom & equally comfortable.Very nice living room furniture, which we were lazy on far more than we thought we would want to be. Spacious dining room if you travel with family.
Right next to pool area, grills, and a few steps to the garbage & recycle area. Comfortable patio furniture. Easy walk to both shopping centers. Kitchen area is extremely well stocked with everything you need. Not having to run out to buy the supplies you need in a condo, like tp & paper towels, soaps, laundry products, cooking oil and spices, shampoo , conditioner, bodywash. All there, great quality. It doesnt just save money- it saves time and cuts waste, since you arent likely flying any of that home.
in Master, nice sized shower & a tub you could dive in ( we didnt use, but it was deep!). Main bathroom had a deep tub/ shower combo. The towels are plentiful. Large bath sheets, not smaller towels are a nice touch. More hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels than you could ever need. All very new condition.
Beach supplies -check on all! All is great condition, including a very handy thermal backpack to keep drinks cold w/ ice packs in the freezer.

We are VRBO owners as well and love to support other home owners. We also know what it takes to have a great rental! This condo is in a great location, easy walking to everything you need. It was very clean, organized, and we loved all the extra touches. Bath supplies, beach gear, towels, kitchen supplies you name it they have it! When a remote broke they were right there to fix it. Can’t say enough positive! Don’t think twice, this is a gem!! Thanks for a great stay!
